The printer was easy to setup and easy to use. The products output in printing quality is great and the cost to operate is low per page printed.

This prints well, but I was disappointed it isn't 5G compatible, and I had to jump through a lot of hoops to figure out how to set it up on my internet. Since then, it has also lost connection a couple of times, but that may be an issue with my computer, not the printer. I also wish the paper bin would hold a full ream of paper. It churns pages out about as fast as I expected, and I really enjoy the all-in-one features. If this Brother product lasts as long as my previous MFC-7225n I'll be a happy camper.

Replaced a five year old HP which still worked but wanted more desk space with all in one. Great choice- better color, scanning and color output

So happy we went with this printer. It prints fast and produces very good quality prints with the color laying well on the sheet. It's also very easy to setup and wifi connectivity works very well--our previous HP would loose signal all the time causing lots of frustration but this one stays connected and prints from solutions like Dropbox seamlessly. Love that we can also scan to Dropbox and other programs as well. Makes life so much easier.

Managed to get this before the prices went up. Great printer for small office and home office. If the price doesn't skyrocket too much during the ongoing shortage, it's a great value (when you can find it). Print is clear and toner is cheap. I think my only complaint is the flatbed scanner has a tendency to lose the edges of a page.... probably a firmware issue.

I was tired of my inkjet's ink going dry if I didn't use it for awhile so I decided to get this printer. What a difference. Color and black has been great. I've used everything but multi purpose feeder. I also brought an extra black toner so I should be good for a few thousand papers. The inkjet maybe lasted for a couple hundred... just not worth it in the long run. Get it on sale and use your card for the rewards.

We wanted a printer that was fast and the print wouldn't smear. This fits the bill. However, oftentimes the printer won't respond if I send something to print while it's in standby mode. I have to go to the printer and get it out of standby mode before I send a document to print. Maybe there's a way to change that. But if so, I haven't found it!

Prints fast. Easy. Really this was a repeat purchase for us. We have 5 of the same printers throughout the office.

This printer is great. Does everything and more than what i expected. I use it everyday for work and school.

Brother products are one of the best manufacturers of computer equipment and software. The utilities that come with this printer are great and are very useful to work with photos, etc.. It is very fast and quiet too. You don't have to wait at all for your prints. Options such as 2-sided prints, photo cropping, etc. are all features that make me glad I chose this printer. Holds a lot of paper and the cartridges seem to be lasting long too, which is great on cost of printing. I am very happy with this printer.

Excellent piece of office equipment. Easy to operate and the install was quick and easy.

Pretty expensive but overall a pretty good printer. One issue i had so far is that it kept jamming on me when printing and couldn't figure out why. Did everything to un-jam and still kept jamming. Been working fine since but worried since it is still new, wondering what other issues it may have later on.

So far I am very pleased with this all in one laser printer. It was easy to set up and get on my home network. The only complaint I have is that you have to use the brother software to receive incoming scans. That's fine I just didn't like adding another piece of software to my machine and maybe a problem for those with lockdown work computers. There is a detailed workaround on this, but not for the timing. All the other functions work great, it really is a good value!

First All-in-One I have used where all functions work seamlessly. Time to first print is good and speed is excellent.

Perfect for small office with options of black n white or color, fast and wireless

I purchased this as a replacement for a similarly rated HP printer for use in a small office. The printing quality is surprisingly superior, much faster, and colors are more accurate. The scans are straight (the HP often scanned documents crooked) and vibrant. It is not used as a workhorse printer so I can't speak to longevity. However, for special projects and scanning it is a good buy.
