I have been using an old printer and separate copier/scanner for the last 10+ years. This new Brother all-in-one unit is fantastic. Fast, efficient, with two sided printing and takes up less space than my other units. It is just what I needed for my fulltime at home office.

This is the third one of this kind I have bought - one for me, my daughter at grad school and my son at undergrad. Great printer, reliable, scans 2 sided docs and prints 2 sided also. Great features. Consumables (toner, etc.) are reasonably priced versus some of the competitors. Highly recommended. Also, well packed when shipped. Came well protected and intact.

We have always had a business HP printer everything. The HP company has gone downhill as far as we are concerned. We could not replace our HP with the features we wanted so we read reviews & switched to a laser Brother. Boy have we come up in the world. This machine has a larger screen, user friendly & quiet. The design is compact & so easy to operate.

Bought this for my daughter to do school papers. Great at fast, clear double-sided printing. She also likes the scan feature as she does a lot of project team work. She can generate content, scan it and share with the her team. The colors this printer produces are bright and clear. We have printed directly from iPads, iPhones and various Mac desktops with no issues. We do not use the fax option.

Provides everything I need in one unit. Setup was simple (download current software installation package from Brother). I got tired of owning an inkjet and the constant cost of cartridges, and my laser printer was just plan tired. I have printed scanned, faxed from this machine without problems. It important to read the owners manual as it gives good insite on how to get the most out of this machine

It is the best printer I ever purchased. Printer is very easy to use.

I use a MacBook running VMWare Fusion and have had zero problems printing. Even the QuickBooks '2 pages per sheet, duplexed' some out fast and clear. I've used the manual feed to print checks and zero feed issues. And it's WAY faster than the InkJet it replaced. Expensive for toner? Have you priced InkJet catridges?!? This seems like a bargain! It was a great find.

Bought this as a replacement for the home office replacing one that was 10 years old. Got tired of the constant updating and trying to keep the old printer working on new wireless network. Installing this printer was just so easy. Plug it in, connect to the office network, it connected to update all software and we were all set up. Couldn't be any easier.

This is my second Brother laser printer. The first one lasted over 14 years and I expect this one will last a long time. I've have 3-4 ink jet printers from other makers that broke down after a short time, while the old Brother kept on working. Love the new one. Just put it to some serious work printing a long grant request and it handled the job beautifully.
