    This printer works great. I returned a Cannon because it was so hard to use. This Brother all in one works just like the old school kind. Plug it in hook up a phone line, down load the drives, and boom it works. I’m so happy to have a product that works. Prints quick, clear, and faxes. I would recommend this.

    Always purchased a brother product and always will, last printer lasted me 10+ years just wanted to upgrade and I love the laser vs ink. Documents are perfect & color Excellent and you can choose to print Black & White to save on colored cartridge's or stay on color , either way this printer can keep up with all house or business tasks!

    Have not owned long but, setup was easy and am impressed with all the capabilities of this printer. The menu could be easier to navigate. prints fast once started and color is nice for a laser. We are not a high volume print user and continually had issues with inkjet cartridges drying up on our color multi-function devices. I still own a 15 year old bw brother laser that is still going strong.

    I've had the printer for almost 6 months. Its been a great product. Scans via the ADF duplex saves to my Synology NAS. Prints are clean and fast. Haven't gone through a toner cartridge, but it seems to be holding in for me. With us working from home and home schooling. It been a good upgrade for us. We switch from a older monochrome Canon MFP.

    I have always had incredible luck with all machines I've purchased from Brother. This one included. It was up and running within 15 minutes. The copying the scanning printing everything is quick it's crisp the colors are great.Pop it next to a phone line to fax and that was easy to set up as well. The Bluetooth capability let's me print from wherever I am in the house..
