Easy set-up and maintenance. True to color copies and scans.

did a LOT of searching before deciding on this printer. Glad I got it before COVID! There are 5 adults living in our house so we needed to be able to print. The setup is easy. It just plain works! Colors are decent (not really photo quality but good enough for color reports and school papers) and the scan features are effortless. A good investment.

I love Brother very well. I have a Brother HL5470DW for at least 5 years. Now I need a efficient color MFC with quick speed for scanning. With this one, I can retire my old Epson inkjet scanner and color printer. The b/w printing very fast. But the duplex color printing seems slow. The setup took a little effort. Overall it's a great MFC color laser printer.

This printer is everything we can ask for. It is quiet and fast.

I have run this unit through it's paces and it is great. Love the auto feed and the scanning is excellent. I love to use the Mem stick and get my scans on there and can then transfer the files where I want them ---Very Happy with this unit -- Best got the unit to me in a timely manner and arrived in perfect condition.

This is by far the best printer we have ever owned, and my second of this brand and model. The print quality is excellent and the finished product flawless. I have printed a number of different documents and photographs, all top-notch! Please consider this printer highly recommended!

It's the perfect laser printer for my home office!

This unit is still quite new, so no reliability data yet. It was easy to set up and the print quality is very good. I hope it is as long term reliable as the much older Brother B&W laser printer that it replaces.

Very easy to set and use and printed results are excellent.

Took me a while to figure out the WLAN/Wireless printing, but once I utilized the IP address to connect, worked like a charm. It's a very fast printer with a lot of capacity and options. I had heard good things about brother and so far it is living up to expectation.

I would give it 4.5 starts. It’s a great printer for the money. The color copies are great for the price point of the printer. I used to be in corporate printer/copier purchasing, and if you’re expecting something at that level, this will fall short. We’re using it for homeschooling and it’s a wonderful printer copier for that.

Had a short while, but so far what I've used it for I have been very happy. If your going to buy a printer (that at the moment appears to be a quality) then you should take this printer into consideration even if price point seems high.

Lots of features, very quiet compared to my very first HP laser printer.

I am impressed by the build of the unit, it's really solid! Prints, copies and scans easily, and the results are first rate. My only criticism was that I had trouble connecting the unit via WiFi and had to eventually hard wire it to my two computers.

This is good quality printer,good looking printer. fast and easy to use. love it. I just bought another one for my sister. I love to share Good stuff with people. Ink is cheaper than cheaper printer.i use most is scan function. It is fast than I thought.help me a lot for my business.

been a great printer/scanner, small enough for desk area

I purchased this printer for my home/work/children. It was an easy setup. What I value most is the wireless printing from virtually all of our devices...cell phones, tablets, laptops. Haven’t used the scan features successfully yet but it’s coming. So far, a great investment with completing paperwork from home.

It is VERY big. Colors are great but speed is slow.
