Needed a good replacement for the Epson Workforce that I never should have purchased. This printer is rated very good and the performance is as expected.

Great printer that just works! Nothing overly complex... exactly what I needed for my parents home office.

For basic printing needs this new printer is good. With the laser, there is no need to "print something, print anything!" every few days just to keep the ink from drying out. Having said that... There is a definite difference between our old Brother Ink-Jet printer(s) and the new Brother Laser printer. Some good. Some not-so-good. Some of the difference may be just Ink Jet versus Laser. The latest ink jet was a MFC-J6930. It handled heavy paper through its Multipurpose tray (the listing showed up to 65#, but we regularly got 80# through it). Not so with the Laser. It says 60 # and it means 60 #. It jams with 80# paper, every time. It will take 67#, but not through the duplex feeding process. 65# will do Okay, but the MP Tray only holds about 15 sheets of it. Color balance is COMPLETELY different on the Laser. Many of the picture/images we used on greeting cards are coming out very yellow-tinted, to the point of being unacceptable. I have learned how to re-adjust color tint, but to DO the re-adjust on hundreds of image files is time consuming and paper-wasting. Another adjustment to get used to is -- only ONE tray for paper. We got used to the two trays on the 6930. Again, we'll get used to it, but it's a nuisance to have to "get used to it". The price was a good price, but the first refill of 4 toner cartridges will be the equivalent price of 2/3 of the printer, or 3 sets of cartridges for the old inkjet.

This is an awesome album one printer. It’s fast & the print is beautiful. The fax is also great. And it looks really good!!

Set up was a bit challenging as I had to do it a couple times before it would connect. Seems like a good printer for the most part

I love the extra features (i.e. scanning to a jump drive, double sided printing. The quality of the prints are great.

This is by far the best printer I have ever owned! I am not cheap by any means but since I can remember all I have gotten are the consumer priced printers (I. E. WalMart , Target, etc.) typically an HP or an Epson. When the latest crap printer went bust I said no more and turned to Best Buy and Brother printer. I am truly happy as heck I did! It’s quiet, fast, and produces a great product! You will not go wrong to buy one even if it’s price tag is little higher than your run of the mill printer!

Works really fast on the network. Prints much faster than the older brother that it replaced. Very easy to set-up

Easy to install and program. Copies are good quality without smudges. Cartridges are easy to replace.

I love this printer. It does everything I want it to do...dual scan and Print! User friendly too! Just expensive but oh well...

So far all is great. This is a replacement for same unit purchased many years ago.. Hope it lasts as long as the first unit.

It’s quick and very easy to use. The printing and scanning is on point. Haven’t used the fax yet. Copy is great too!

We had always had another product. We liked it because it was so fast. But only black. Then we got the Brother. It was fast and in color.
