Ordering was fairly easy, time to store was reasonable, pickup was easy at the curbside, and service was with a smile.

Best printer I've owned so far!

My only complaint so far is that there's not an option to just simply scan to the printer (at least I haven't found it yet... If it is available then it's not an easy option to use), instead you have to print to the options they provide. E. G. - PC, web, online cloud... Etc. Other than that I love it!

I'm giving this poor review because I have photocopied 156 pages of black and white grade 4 book and toner is already down 50%. I also accidentally photocopied multiple copies because it is easy to press the # of copies. If you press (-) from 1 copy, it becomes 99 copies. Also, the duplex printing doesn't look like a single pass, after it prints, the unit gets back the paper again and prints the other side.
