Definitely purchase the protection plan as I had to return it after it stopped. Loved the high volume and high capacity toner drum.Likje the scan and copy features. Replaced with the little brother which uses the same toner. L

Best Buy as it says in the name

We buy other electronic and technical items from Best Buy because they provide quality products at a fair and consistent price. We can usually find what we are looking for and get it much quicker.

good copier, printer and fax

Also the color quality was almost as good as my laser color big hp printer, but since it is at least 8 years newer, thought the color would be better.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.excellent printer/scanner. everything works flawlessly. the only thing I don't like is once I installed the brother software, the printing seems to slow down a bit. it's better just to add the driver directly from windows, and skip the brother software install.... but i'm still giving it 5 stars!

We are endlessly printing tons of papers each and every day since purchase. It works great and so far we have not ran into any issues with it. Set up was very easy. We love the wireless feature and touch screen. Purchased based off of other positive reviews. Glad we decided to go with this one.
