Reliably supports AirPrint. Good quality device. Has multi-purpose tray and straight path. I use it for publicity purposes to make attractive posters. I found it easy to install on a 2.4 WiFi system. Don’t know why it doesn’t support N networking. Menu on device intuitive Also shows toner levels on device.

I have had this printer for 4-6 months. It is a great printer, easy to setup, and comes with stable wireless and wired connection. Nevertheless, the biggest selling feature that made us change to Brother was the price of their cartridge compare to other well known vendors. We paid good price for what we got.

This printer is a beast. Very heavy duty and almost commercial grade. You will need plenty of room to set it up, and it will need to be placed onto a steady surface. No rickety table need apply. You will get exactly what I am talking about when you pick up the box (bend at the knees, not your back).

Almost immediately there were black spots on all the sheets I printed. I figured they might go away, but they didn't and they even got worse. I had at most printed 30 pages on this new printer. I saw on one of the reviews they said that their starter black ink exploded, so i decided to inspect the cartridge as that seemed to happen to me. When I took the cartridge out, ink was everywhere. I decided to put a new black cartridge in since I was past the return period. That did solve my problem, but I'm kinda mad it cost me an additional cartridge.

I have been very impressed with these printers replaced 4 older HP color printers and so far have had no issues. The cost of consumables is much less than the previous HP but the do not last as long per cartridge.

The printer is nice and was super easy to set up. The problem I'm having is when printing envelopes they jam EVERY time. I have to pull them out... let them go again. Sometimes it takes two times for it to catch and go through. It is a huge annoyance and my only complaint.

I was getting tired of replacing my ink on the Epson work force I had. Seemed to waste really quick even though I rarely print in color and my black was not on vivid just draft. So I saw great reviews on the Brother and I went for it. Works great and I have not had to replace the ink yet. Love it!!!!

The printer was delivered as scheduled. The setting-up process was easy, and once it was connected to the house wifi all the devices (e.g., laptops, desktop, tablets) were able to connect to printer and print.

I was excited with this purchase till I made a test copy. There was this non descriptive smell/odour. Enough to induced a headache! I had to leave the room n air out the place. It was not a smell I could describe. Called Best Buy n customer service offered to send another machine. So...have not set it up new Mfc unit. A little paranoid here. This is a 50 lb machine, not something one can easily bring back to Best Buy. Hope for the best. Else, will need to return n search for a new mfc! Defer recommending this model at this time.

This is my first time owning a laser printer and I love it. I've owned inkjet printers for years. However, I don't print that often so the ink cartridges would consistently not work. If you don't print everyday go LASER!!!! Oh and you can print and scan from the Brother app.

This printer was a good deal, and speed is fine for home use. But the color printouts do not produce accurate colors at all. Navy blue on screen prints out as primary blue for example. There are lines in color blocks rather than having a field of pure color print. The printouts look almost washed out, so it prints more like an upper-middle tier inkjet printer, and nothing like a laser printer. And when you use the feed scanner, it cuts off a portion of the page at the top. If I could do it again I would try a different printer.

Have only been using for a short time and really like it!

Easy to set up. Fast operation and lots of great features like scan to usb and printing from mobile devices. There are extra tiny dots on printed pages that are not in the source material that needs to be diagnosed. Overall good value for money, but have not used up the starter toner yet.

I purchased this printer for a client of mine who owns a roofing business their printer went down and I installed this printer and had every machine up and running on the network and printing within an hour set up was really easy and as expected build quality is stellar.

I waited two years for this. Double sided scanning and print, Great printer ng for my business needs. Large paper tray. The only downside is the interface for scanning, pretty archaic.
