WHEN I GET FAXES IT SENDS THEM TO MY COMPUTER INSTEAD OF PRINTING THEM OUT AND WHEN I CALL THEY WONT SEND NO ONE OUT TO TRY AND FIX THIS PROBLEM WITHOUT TRYING TO CHARGE ME OUT THE BUT AND I JUST BOUGHT THIS FOR OVER $457 SO WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE IR SERVICED?

This printer has all the features my family needs: print, scan, copy, and fax. It can automatically print on both sides of the paper and can automatically copy 2 sided to 2 sided. I have not used the scan and fax features yet but expect these will work similarly to my Brother B&W laser printer from 2012.

We've had this for a couple of weeks now in our homebased office. Easy to set up, works great...previously we had a B/W version that was very reliable. Haven't really used all features as of yet, but the copier is simple to use and the printer is easy too.

Have purchased 3 so far for business. Buying process was easy and received merchandise quickly. We have had very good luck with this product. We print more copies than recommended and they have lived up to our needs. After market tones have worked well.

Replaced a Hewlett-Packard multi function printer with his brother printer. It is a digital printer and works wonderfully and was easy to set up. It does take about 25 seconds before it begins to print, but that is an acceptable issue given the quality of the print

This is a great printer. Hate that it took me so long to purchase a Brother printer. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the scanner does not work with my computer. So, we had to contact the Geek Squad and they downloaded an app to my computer so we have to use to scan.

Bought this when Covid lockdowns started, and it took a while to get the hang of, but I am very happy with it now that I have it all set up and I am using more of its functions than I thought I would. Not the most user friendly, but a good product none the less.

This is my first color all-in-one laser printer. --ISO Color Print Speed 25 pages per minute. I waited 20 minutes up for printing 100 color page. --starter toner print approx. 1000pages fact: black+yellow+magenta+cyan=1000 pages, no each toner

I decided on a laser, since my inkjet kept jamming and wasting ink. This seemed to be the best bang for the buck, with a sheet feeder and dual sided print. I also like the control panel for quick copies and scanning. I recommend this one highly!

I like the printer and it's doing the job pretty well. Not as user friendly as I'd like, even with the instructions. The online videos at the Brother's website have no audio, so they're useless to me. We'll see how it holds up after a year and new toner has been added.

Generally pleased. Lots of options. Text quality is not as dark as I would like, even with tweaking. Envelopes come through wrinkled. If you do much mailing, this might not be the machine for you.

Best decision I made on printer. After buying three inkjet and having repeated problems with printheads clogging, I asked our company computer tech for his recommendation. BROTHER !!! This will last a long time and no ink issues.

Extremely happy with this laser printer. Because I print sporadically I went with laser over ink jet this time around and sure am glad I did - it never dries out! So happy I made the switch - would highly recommend this printer.

Needed to replace an ink jet that dried up. This Brother color laser with scanning and document feeder was perfect for what I needed. Wifi connection to my Windows laptop, my iMac desktop, iPad mini and iPad 10 inch and my LG V50 phone. No hassle install over WiFi..

I bought this for my home office to replace an HP inkjet that I had for over 10 years. I replaced just in time for pandemia and it worked great during pandemia. It’s a great printer. We have similar one at office and it’s great.

A really good wireless printer/scanner/copier, except when it stops connecting via wireless and I have to connect with a long USB cord. I've actually been using one for a few years, but last month bought one for a friend for her business.

Brother printer with tons of features. However, did not meet my expectation. I was expecting it to have superior built quality and robust performance. I am giving 3 star because of the Brothers warranty service otherwise it should be just 1 star. To star with, it gave me hard time to buy the printer due to limited stock at all major retailers. Later, when I ended up buying, it broke in just 15 days. MP tray stopped working. After contacting brothers warranty service and I got a replacement. The replacement came damaged. Now waiting for my second replacement. Not a pleasant experience for sure .

I've owned all brands and I keep going back to brother. They have been workhorse machines. I've had brothers now for nearly 20 years and love them. The ink could be a bit cheaper, but that with most lasers.

So far so good. It does have slight odor to it when printing. The “double sided” scanning is perfect for what I wanted. It scans both sides at the same time, and sends the scan as a PDF to a folder on my desktop via wireless.

I had a color all in one Canon that just couldn't handle pulling the paper through to print. I change to Brother and I have been very happy. I've also had a workhorse B&W Brother for 10 years that just does a great job.
