I've owned several Brother printers in the past and was thrilled to see they came out with a color all-in-one that handles duplex scanning without taking up the entire desk. Happy with the purchase so far!

Good quality and easy to use - expensive supplies if doing average small business printing re toner and drums

Had it out of the box, up and running in about 10 min. Have been able to print from my computer and phone. Love that it goes to sleep, and wakes up when you print something.

Moved to this printer for home use from ink jet. Never used my ink jet enough and they dried out. Overall good. Some prints come out with shades of toner. Still trying to determine the cause.

BROTHER MFC is always my first choice. This printer is so versatile and convenient. It connects to local network and prints things from all my devices

We bought this printer based on the rave reviews, including twice being selected by PC Magazine as their Editor's Choice. Everything worked great...until we replaced the original Brother 'starter capacity' toner cartridges using Brother/OEM specified replacements. Then the printer began leaving streaks, spots & smudges. We followed the Brother manual instructions for cleaning the wire & drum, to no avail. We don't print a lot of pages. I bought this printer for my wife to print for her journaling hobby. I occasionally print a couple of pages, but infrequently. The printer cost $423.99 new. The replacement toner set cost over $300. We are disappointed in the performance & have spent considerable time attempting to resolve these issues. So, today I am calling Best Buy and asking for a refund. FWIW, I have worked in technology through R&D, manufacturing, service & sales for 40+ years. I know when products fail to meet designed performance levels. This has been one such product, for us.

Very easy to set up & actually stays connected to the network! Color print quality is excellent ... would never buy another ink jet printer. Speed is excellent for home use.

Worked perfectly first time. Had connection issues with other printers but not with this one. I have it connected directly to my router with an ethernet cable. A bit pricy.

Works good so far with good resolution and wifi works good. Need to find out how expensive are the toners may be from Amazon or online vendors.

As always, Brother delivers. BestBuy had a great deal on this so I couldn't miss it. All in all, what one would expect from Brothers and more.

I’m not one to read directions mostly bc of my genetic makeup up but as far as I know you can’t do remote printing. I’d love to have my document waiting for me if I’m out.

Brother provides firmware and print driver updates far longer than any other printer company does. So that means its always OS compatible into the future where others fail.

Replacing ink jet printer and I'm so happy with this purchase. Toner is by far cheaper than ink cartridges once you figure how few pages you get ink.

Haven't had this but for a month, but it works well so far. That's the reason for no more than 4 stars. Just haven't had it long enough to really feel like I've put it through all the paces.

Plugged in and set up our network. Everyone is happy they can print from device. Even better when you can scan to device. Make sure you use a heavier paper stock for pictures.

Works great for a home office where I'm printing from around the house. Only complaint is it seems the scanning is a little more difficult than it should be using wireless.

I generally like Brother printers for reliability and ease of setup. This one was also easy to set up and so far has performed as expected. We are not using the fax feature.

Purchased printer to support remote finance office operations. Does everything I need it to do. Ink is easy to change and remote printing features work well.

I've been with a competitor for many years. This is my first experience with Brother printers and I'm really surprised. Looks like I'm going to be a Brother customer from now on.

I bought it for one of my office locations and soon realized we need one for other location ordered and it was picked up by an associate of mine we can’t be more happy.
