The printer stopped working and we left it alone for a few weeks, we didnt really have to use it at the time, but then we realized that it had completely shut off even though it was plugged in. Complete waste of money and especially time!!

Really frustrating when all my Canon printers stopped recognizing my Apple computers. Brother to the rescue. Works great with Apple!!

I always like to use Brother and this one is a little expensive but I am very pleased to have this kind of printer for my business.

Works fine but I cannot figure out how to change it to print single sided despite instructing it to do so in the print screen, which can be annoying.

This was purchased for a client of mine, this printer is exactly what the doctor ordered, it does laser color and has a high yield, a perfect central printer for an office.

Prices have come down for Color Lasers and I have been a Brother owner for years. Easy set up, great prints for business and outstanding value.

Good printer. Not useable on my wireless network took forever to print. Does ok over USB. Haven't printed enough to know about toner life. Apps and software look a bit outdated.

Great printer/scanner for our small business! Highly recommend. It has more features and works well. We are very happy with our purchase.

It’s an ok printer. Had to replace it once. Don’t like that you can put toner cartridges back in if you remove them... just another way for the company to make more money. Be careful to not make the same mistake we did and waste entire ink cartridges by removing them and trying to use up ones that were from another printer first then put the others back in.

The quality and speed are excellent, including “above average” photo printing for framed photos or document proofs.

It is a good overall office printer. I didnt like the fact that after 3 weeks of printing the black toner ran out. We even changed the settings.

Easy to set up; quiet printing; always on and available for WiFi printing.

Thought the color print quality would be a little better, especially when scanning documents. However, this is a nice streamlined machine that does many things well. Very quiet!

My previous Brother had a mother board problem after 5 years. So far, this printer is working great. I am hoping it will last longer than the previous one.
