Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would like to say that this is a great printer however I cannot, it splatters ink on my papers when printing, and as I read what to do fix that, it worked however now my sheets come out dark all over. I am sure it must be an easy fix, however when I open a new item I expect it to work and to not have to employ engineering tactics to get it as it should be out of the box. I expect these drum problems to occur after the unit has been used for at least several months and not right out of the box. And let's not talk about the non support from Brother, try to get some help and you are constantly pushed to try this and try that and then they want you to try to find someone in your vicinity to apply some support! How about Brother when I ask for help you give me a person within your organization to talk to, to help me before you send me off to find a resource that services your units, I have had this unit for a little over a month!! Now I have to carry this heavy a.. thing to Best Buy to ask for their assistance.

I have yet to be able to print from my computer despite having the app. When I print from my phone have been unable to reduce the font. Very frustrating, and to try and communicate everything is directed away from direct customer service. Probably one of the worst purchases I have made. sorry to so harsh but a lot of money for nothing
