Enjoy working with this printer. Fast printing and good quality

Very easy and quick to set up, prints great and seems to be fast.

This is a good printer for a small office or for individual needs. It is easy to set up, easy to use, and prints and scans fast and in high quality. The interface is super slick and has a simplified, user-friendly menu that doesn't overwhelm. I like the ability to set up custom shortcuts and to see ink levels at a glance. Colors are crisp and professional. I will get most of my use out of this printer from scanning documents, and this printer makes scanning a breeze. You can scan with the document feeder or with the glass section, and the scanning is fast, which is a huge benefit when you have a volume of work to do. The printer even handles double-sided scan jobs very well and does not sacrifice speed for that feature. You can scan in multiple resolutions and you can set up shortcuts with preset configurations. This printer is much, much better than my old one! The one flaw I have noticed is that while the document feeder scans documents quickly, the documents tend to come out crooked, which for someone with self-diagnosed OCD like myself, is no bueno. Use the glass section if you need the document to be straight and perfect, but know that it will take a bit longer. Also, I think the printer is a bit overpriced at $399. I got mine on sale at $369, and that is much closer to the true value of this machine. Overall, though, if you need something simple and reliable, you will be satisfied with this printer.

Great printer with full duplexing for both printing and scanning

This has been a great printer so far. We've had it for 3 weeks and no issues. Setup was easy enough and the printing is great. Very quiet compared to our ink jet we had before. We got this laser jet because of all the positive reviews we were seeming online from homeschooling parents. Time will tell if it will hold up better than our old printer.

Great color, resolution, easy setup, lots of options, good price.

This printer does everything and does it well. I wouldn't use it for photos (the marketing lit says so) but for everything else: document and label printing, faxing, scanning, it can't be beat. Don't know yet about cost of ownership. Very nice design, easy to set up, good documentation, good web site for downloads, and easy-to-use menu system. Look out, though, it's heavy.

This multifunction printer was easy to assemble and setup. The wireless functionality is excellent; I can print from my iPod, laptop, and desktop wirelessly, which was important for selecting this printer. The low price makes it very attractive. I am delighted with the printer; I recommend this product.

Super easy to set up and connect. Pairs nicely with Apple products. Love the remote print. Can access from any device on same wifi. Pages look great. Ez to purchase ink cartridges online. One touch updates. Was worth the wait.

The setup was very easy. Printing is fast, the color is perfect. I love this machine. I was able to setup wireless printing with out any issues. The only drawback for me is, the printer is heavy and required my grandson's assistance. This is a large unit and will be perfect for my small business.

We are not power users of the printer but my Wife needed a laser printer to print out artworks with good detail and have the ink be crisp and color matched in it works great at this. It's very easy to get started and joins up on the wireless network with no problems. Very happy with this purchase so far.

Dependable and has auto duplex scanning and printing.

I got tired of buying lower priced inkjet printers every couple of years due to diminishing print quality and costly ink refills. This color laser printer is fantastic. Print quality is amazing. The wireless capabilities work perfectly. The toner costs are comparable to ink refills and will produce more copies. I highly recommend.

Compact, quiet, easy installation and setup. It replaced MFC9840CDW as it failed after years of use. It is a much better printer/scanner with one pass duplex scanning, the only difference is the smaller flatbed scanning area, but the ADF can scan up to legal size document.

Very happy with the printer for our home needs. Still trying to figure a couple features out like scan to PDF (if possible). Not extremely fast for large document printing. Quality and value are great. Size is a little large for home-use but can't complain given what it can do.

Purchase for my business, it works great have had this printer for over a year. It works great with our wifi network we ended up buying a second one.
