Love my Brother laser printer. Fast, quiet and efficient. Replaced my old printer and thoroughly satisfied. B

My 15yr old Mfc-9840 became obsolete since the drivers no longer worked with windows 11pro. This L3780 is a great replacement. Smaller, lighter and quicker response plus iPhone printing. All the working parts are replaceable like the old one so I can do my own maintenance when the time comes. You can too just YouTube how to do it. Oh yeah, I had no problems with Wi-Fi setup including desktop and iPhone apps.

Easy to use, and the quickness of this printer is phenomenal.

This is a very nice printer. It is very complicated, but the copies are great! I love the pull down shelf for feeding legal paper instead of having to change out a paper tray.

Nice laser printer. So far no issues. ALittle pain to setup for wireless print from phone or tablets. Could be a better and simpler way of setting up.

I have been a small business owner for 20+ years and have had several different brand printers. This is specific one is my favorite. I have owned it for 6 months and replaced my first set of toner cartridges which were about $300 for the set. So, I expect to spend about $600 in toner a year which is about half of the expense I had with the other printers. This is a great small printer/scanner combo for small to medium size business. It is very easy to use and flawless software system.

Fast and great functionality. I can scan to network folders or a remote PC saving so much leg work.

We have had no issues with the delivery or support during the setup of the laser printer. We wanted the end of the issues with ink printers, (missing lines, clogged printer nozzles, and waste ink absorber full). We are happy with the purchase.

This is a very good printer if you need a medium-sized at-home business printer that does everything. Good print quality, great scanning options, including automatic duplex scanning, and pretty good support with Brother. It is not as fast as the bigger commercial sized printers, but good for home use.

Like most printers it seems to be one piece of technology that has not yet been mastered. The default ink that come with the printer was used in the blink of an eye. And those are expensive so it’s worth knowing as part of a product “issue” Otherwise the product is “fine” prints well most of the time. The screen is very basic and weaker than my hp it replaced.

It's a great printer. Prints and scans multiple pages quickly.

This machine has been trouble free and extremely user friendly.

Had to replace our dying printer and replaced it with the 'updated' model of this printer. It's a workhorse!

Had a person install it. I went to off line - but didn't know why and didn't want to pay for another Geek person. The person put it on my phone but neglected to have me know how to fix if it stopped working or how to find on my phone. The printer is good - wished there were instructions and knew how to do simple things like change the password without guessing.

I was replacing a Cannon MFC that I had for over 10 years. I knew whatever I got would be a leap technologically and this is certainly the case. Sleek design. Simple software. Super easy setup. Fast high quality printing.
