So far terrific and no problems with installation. Also, I printed a photo on plain paper and it looked very nice, not quite photo quality but this printer is not for photos. The only downside I have found is when the toner runs out, there is no obvious way to reset the counter. None of the hacks online work as they revamped the display and buttons. However, I emailed Brother and they said you can reset the drum unit and this will reset the counter.

I like the quality of the printing, copying, and scanning and the feeding for multiple pages. Also the easy of normal operating and the cartridges are easy to change.

I purchased this printer as a replacement for two much older Brother printers that finally gave up the ghost. Due to past experience, Brother is my go to printer solution. I searched around for the best deal and Best Buy fulfilled that for me. Once it arrived, I set it up by my desk, following the simple set up guide included in the package to connect to the internet and the various equipment we use. These included two laptops, two iPhones, and and iPad. I actually dreaded this part of the set up, but Brother has made it amazingly simple. With only a few steps, I not only had all the equipment connected within minutes with little effort and no headaches. My daughter also connected easily using an Android phone. A bonus for me was that I was able to print from my phone to the printer when out of town and ot connected to our home network. Besides the ease in connectivity, it prints and scans wonderfully. I have not attempted to fax anything as we don't fax using the printer. I highly recommend this printer for home or small business.

This All-in-One has it all. Fast and quiet printing, doesn't take up a lot of desktop space and was easy to setup.

I bought one of these last year for home use and loved it so much I bought this for my classroom. The quality is great. I love the duplexing, and it's easy to use with Windows, Mac, iPhone, and Android. I had an older black only and replaced it with this newer color. I'm very happy with Brother.

I purchased the Brother MFC-L3780CDW as a replacement to an old HP all-in-one for my small business. This is a great printer and meets all of my needs. Set up & connectivity to my network was easy and took a few minutes. All of my devices (phone, tablets, and laptops) found the printer on the network. The black and color print quality is excellent. Text is clear and images look fantastic. Color text gives a professional-look to all documents. The display is clear, bright, and very intuitive to use. The touch screen responds to requests quickly and packs a lot of information in a small amount of space. Scrolling through the menu simple and user-friendly. The printer is quiet when printing, copying and scanning; much more so than the old HP. I also like the power-conserving / sleep mode when not in use. I was able to purchase replacement toner 30% off for a Black Friday sale. Overall, this Brother printer has exceeded all of my expectations. It is the perfect fit for a small business or home office.

I needed to replace an old HP 8740 all-in-one. I first bought an HP 9125e, which turned out to be a pile of hot garbage. I decided to go laser since I don't print much and laser toner lasts forever without drying out. I wanted single-pass duplex scanning and printing and decided to give someone besides HP a look. This unit is built sturdy. The setup went smoothly and the desktop and smartphone apps work. I read that some were having issues with the unit not waking up when a print job was sent to it, but I haven't had that problem even after the unit has been asleep for a day or more. If you print a lot of color photos, this may not be for you, but for printing color or B&W charts or docs, this is a good choice at a fair price for a single-pass duplexing all-in-one.

I love this printer! After 6 years of having 2 printers, Ive finally been able to get rid of one. As soon as the ink runs out of the spare one i will be getting rid of that one too! This brother printer is amazing! My papers don't jam, it works fast, very efficient and am not having problems with it disconnecting like i do with the other printers.
