I recently made the switch from HP to Brother, and I have to say — this printer is a powerhouse. The MFC-L3780CDW exceeded my expectations. It runs quietly, prints with rich, vibrant color that's true to the original image, and the setup was seamless right out of the box. Whether it's for everyday printing or high-quality presentations, this all-in-one handles it like a pro. If you're looking for reliability, performance, and excellent output quality, this is the upgrade worth making.

Our 1st brother MFC worked great for 20 years! That made buying another make sense even if it wasn’t the cheapest option. Set up was a snap and the print outs are very nice. So far very happy.

I needed to replace an old HP 8740 all-in-one. I first bought an HP 9125e, which turned out to be a pile of hot garbage. I decided to go laser since I don't print much and laser toner lasts forever without drying out. I wanted single-pass duplex scanning and printing and decided to give someone besides HP a look. This unit is built sturdy. The setup went smoothly and the desktop and smartphone apps work. I read that some were having issues with the unit not waking up when a print job was sent to it, but I haven't had that problem even after the unit has been asleep for a day or more. If you print a lot of color photos, this may not be for you, but for printing color or B&W charts or docs, this is a good choice at a fair price for a single-pass duplexing all-in-one.

I’ve had other printers and they have always given me issues. My husband and I recently purchased this one for our business and we couldn’t be happier with it. Works exactly as it should, easy to use. I can print a document from my laptop to the printer from the opposite side of the house

Really like the Brother MFC-L3780CDW wireless Digital Color Laser printer. It was very easy to setup and connect to my network. It holds a lot of paper in the regular tray and the second tray can hold specialty paper for a special print job. It is very fast, the print is very clear. The only thing is scanning with the document feeder can get a little blurry.

Purchased this for home use. I needed a printer with document handler for scanning many pages. Whether I'm scanning 1 or many, it is easy and quick. Printing from all devices on my home network works great. Before this was hit or mis. And I don't have to wait for an inkjet printer to decide it's ready, or always having a cartridge low on ink. I wait for this printer to turn on after being asleep and off it goes. Removing the toner is easy, just have to wait and see how long they last. I didn't purchase this for pictures.

I bought this printer to replace Brother's earlier model that is just like it. It's so handy to have a SCANNER and a PRINTER (good quality color printing) and print from a USB THUMB DRIVE. Has a manual feed for heavier stock too. I believe anyone would be happy to have this for their home office.

The printer does everything I need! I can print from my phone, tablet and computer. Unlike my previous printer which often did not respond to my devices, this one is reliable. The print quality is very good and the scanner is excellent. I am very satisfied.

I had to get an all-in-one printer for a new office where there is a lot of printing and scanning. This printer does it all. The toner lasts a very long time, the print and scan quality is great for what we do and it was super easy to set up. in my opinion, the only cons to this printer are: 1) Even though it does hold a large amount of paper, I wished it had a second paper tray. 2) While the software is very easy to use, the software interface could look better. That's more of a personal opinion than anything else.

Straight out of the box I was impressed. This is a heavy duty printer. I needed help from my husband to get it out of the box. Once out of the box, all I did was plug it in the cartridges are already in place. It also has a landline telephone cable to plug directly into your router so that you don’t lose connection when using the Wi-Fi printing. Overall, this is a great printer for home if you have the space. Again, this is really big and not meant for a small personal office unless you print multiple times throughout the day. I will say the features of copying printing through your cell phone tablet and computer is super convenient. I’m not a fan of the cartridges being so big but they have to match the size of the printer and I don’t think I’m going to have to change those cartridges for a very long time. I can store hundreds of pieces of paper and forget about it after printing for weeks out of time. Set up is really easy once you read the instructions and scan the barcode , I think I will have this printer for a very long time. It’s a little loud for my taste, but nothing excessive

A good sturdy printer but I have had app issues

This was not the easiest to set up, but just follow the instructions exactly and you’ll get it done. Definitely not plug and play. When deciding on which printer to buy, I did notice reviews saying the printer makes the paper curl. I thought that sounded dumb and nitpicky, but the curl of the paper is actually a bit extreme. Not that usual slight curve the paper has when it first comes out. But after a while it stopped. I think it took a couple of months though. I don’t know what the cause was or why it stopped. But we use this printer for work purposes. It gets heavy use 4-6 days a week. It was a good choice and I would buy it all over again. But I have had issues with the app sometimes not working. I’ll go to print and will get a message the printer isn’t working but I go look at the printer and nothing is wrong with it. Also, I’ve had trouble with the app when it comes to installing software updates on the printer. It takes several attempts for it to work. Also, sometimes I go to log into the app and it will randomly say it doesn’t find my account. My phone automatically populates my passwords so it’s definitely a problem with the app. Eventually the app will let me log in…even if it takes several days. But outside of the app issues when updating the printer software and adjusting my ink ordering, this printer is great. We print over 1000 pages a month sometimes. We don’t get jams and the quality of the printing is great. Not a fan of the ink subscription service tho. Stay away from that. It’s a racket in my opinion.

I searched around for over 6 months for a great printer. I wanted to switch over to laser as I was tired of the ink cartridges. Drying up. And the cost of the ink cartridges we're just getting outrageous. I have to reviewing many Laser Printers. I came across the Brother printer. And we are extremely pleased with the quality. One of the main reasons. On getting this printer. Was the ease of connectivity To other items. We have been using the Quick Print. On the laser printer. And with the Quick Print the quality is just amazing. It will probably be over a year before we have to replace the toner cartridges. We highly recommend this printer. As we are done with pink Jeff printers and we love this laser job.

Printer is fantastic. Setup was easy, it’s working with my Apple tools natively. Print quality is excellent. It’s my 3rd Brother laser in 20 years and the multifunctional capabilities- like duplex scanning seal the deal.

Amazing printer and a huge upgrade from an ink jet printer. Have done quite a few prints both using regular printer paper and card stock and it is fast and reliable. The only downside I have had is the bend to the card stock when it comes off the printer despite setting it for thick paper.
