I don't know why anyone would buy anything else. I rarely print and always had dried ink. I don't scan often, and don't want to dig out an old flatbed scanner or try to get a good picture on a cell phone (that when held flat turns the orientation so it's sideways anyway), speaking of the phone, you can print directly from it to this printer. Photos, documents, wait 4 months before you print again and it still works exactly like it should. You get what you pay for, and these are worth every penny and then some!

The Brother MFC-L3780CDW is easy to set up and use. The printing is fast, quality is sharp. The scan function is very fast and duplex printing and scanning is a bonus. Very please so far with this purchase.

no where as loud as my old printer and so far doing a good job!

I bought this printer to replace my old Brother printer which had given me years of trouble free service. I'm very pleased with it because it's user interface is faster, it prints faster, and it's quieter than my old one.

This is my third Fax - printer machine for my company in 3 years. And can say for sure, this is the best there can be in this price. No issue to scanning, good print outs and main thing that we bought it for is Fax. Last 2 has same issue where it would scan 2 sheets at the time duwe to which the second page was not getting send and was delaying our work. But with this one, has been smooth and no issue at all.

This printer is fast, quite, efficient on "text" printing. The images are not good, clear images????

My 15yr old Mfc-9840 became obsolete since the drivers no longer worked with windows 11pro. This L3780 is a great replacement. Smaller, lighter and quicker response plus iPhone printing. All the working parts are replaceable like the old one so I can do my own maintenance when the time comes. You can too just YouTube how to do it. Oh yeah, I had no problems with Wi-Fi setup including desktop and iPhone apps.

TAKES A LOT OF POWER, BUT OTHER THAN THAT IS FAST, SCAN LOTS OF PAGES WITHOUT A PROBLEM. PRINTING WITH LASER QUALITY IS EXCELLENT. I RECOMMENDED

Have had this printer for 3 months now and it has worked flawlessly. Print quality and speed are great. Noise is low. Photo quality is not great but we didn't expect it to be and have had to use a photo printer in the past. Would recommend.

Purchased for office use. Perfect quality and affordable price. Delivery was quick and left with the front office. I can't say enough great things about this printer or how it arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

This is a very nice printer. It is very complicated, but the copies are great! I love the pull down shelf for feeding legal paper instead of having to change out a paper tray.

I have been a small business owner for 20+ years and have had several different brand printers. This is specific one is my favorite. I have owned it for 6 months and replaced my first set of toner cartridges which were about $300 for the set. So, I expect to spend about $600 in toner a year which is about half of the expense I had with the other printers. This is a great small printer/scanner combo for small to medium size business. It is very easy to use and flawless software system.

Had a person install it. I went to off line - but didn't know why and didn't want to pay for another Geek person. The person put it on my phone but neglected to have me know how to fix if it stopped working or how to find on my phone. The printer is good - wished there were instructions and knew how to do simple things like change the password without guessing.

Love my Brother laser printer. Fast, quiet and efficient. Replaced my old printer and thoroughly satisfied. B
