Everything is working fine. I like to clear color printing I'm getting out of this guy. I wish it had a bigger paper drawer.

I’m very satisfied with this device. It was easy to set up, performs smoothly, and feels well made. The features work as advertised and it has improved my everyday use and convenience. I would gladly purchase from this brand again and recommend it to others.

We bought this printer from the Saginaw store and the printer was a great purchase. But store service was not that great. No one in the department ask us if we needed help and cashier was very rude. We were like we were bothering him when he was talking with other employees. Then was very short with us. We had to exchange the printer on same day and gentlemen that did the return was rude also.

We finally switched over to Brother Printers because we feel they are so much more well built than what we'd always had. The paper tray isn't flimsy like the new we'd always had. That tray wouldn't load much paper and when you lined it up and printed and pulled the tray out, the paper wasn't where it was lined up at. We brought it back and we are so happy with our Brother Printer.

WORKS GREAT , GREAT PRINT COLOR AND VERY EASY TO USE

My 15yr old Mfc-9840 became obsolete since the drivers no longer worked with windows 11pro. This L3780 is a great replacement. Smaller, lighter and quicker response plus iPhone printing. All the working parts are replaceable like the old one so I can do my own maintenance when the time comes. You can too just YouTube how to do it. Oh yeah, I had no problems with Wi-Fi setup including desktop and iPhone apps.

Easy to use, and the quickness of this printer is phenomenal.

This is a very nice printer. It is very complicated, but the copies are great! I love the pull down shelf for feeding legal paper instead of having to change out a paper tray.

Nice laser printer. So far no issues. ALittle pain to setup for wireless print from phone or tablets. Could be a better and simpler way of setting up.

Fast and great functionality. I can scan to network folders or a remote PC saving so much leg work.

I have been a small business owner for 20+ years and have had several different brand printers. This is specific one is my favorite. I have owned it for 6 months and replaced my first set of toner cartridges which were about $300 for the set. So, I expect to spend about $600 in toner a year which is about half of the expense I had with the other printers. This is a great small printer/scanner combo for small to medium size business. It is very easy to use and flawless software system.
