Two of these Brother machines trips AFCI breaker

The FIRST Brother MFC L5915DW from Amazon replaced a very similar 15+ year old Brother MFC 8890DW, which never tripped the AFCI breaker.
Our AFCI breaker started tripping within the first day this new printer was installed.
The older MFC 8890 DW ran in the same position of our office for 6 years in our house that was just built in 2019. The office power is protected by a 20 amp, AFCI breaker. The entire house/office is wired with 12 gage wire.
When this problem started, we started checking connections. We replaced three (3) surge suppressors, one at a time. We removed an extension cord by repositioning some of the PCs. The AFCI continued to trip. We replaced the AFCI with a new one, even though it had never tripped in the six years we lived here. The AFCI tripped again. Almost $200 spent eliminating potential sources of the AFCI tripping.
I started relating tripping the breaker with print jobs, usually multiple copies. I did some research and found multiple mentions of Brother printers causing this problem. I can’t eliminate the AFCI or I would be non-conforming to code.
I returned the FIRST printer to AMAZON requesting an inspection and hopefully a resolution to this problem.
I have since replaced the printer with another identical model from Best Buy, and hope for better results. We went out of town after 10 days of no problem with the new Best Buy printer, but found the AFCI tripped when we returned home. A closer look and we found the white pigtail from AFCI breaker was not fully tight. The printer then ran flawlessly for about 18 days so we disposed of the printer box on 10/2/25. On the very next day 10/3/25, I ran 5 sheets thru the copy function and the AFCI tripped!
I've searched all over the internet for solutions.
Went to Best Buy in Spartanburg, SC on Sept 26, 2025 and they said I exceeded the 15 day return policy. They said if I didn't purchase a service plan, there was nothing they could do. The told me to contact Brother.
Contacted Brother 10/8/25 and the girl who I could hardly understand told me nothing. Even though my breaker is 20 amp, she kept insisting the 10 amp load on startup would trip the breaker. She couldn't understand what I told her about replacing the AFCI with a regular breaker and it never tripped.
I'm out $200 for new parts and still have same $600 printer that trips AFCI. Just happened again 10/8/25 when I printed some medical forms.
I could get an electrician to go in my crawl space and run another single outlet on non-AFCI breaker for the printer only. Probably another $200+.
A local Brother service shop suggested getting a constant voltage line stabilizer that might work.
I already purchased two toner cartridges and a drum for spares so my investment is now pushing $750.
I'm out of possibilities
The frustrating part of this thing is that it prints very nice!

Good printer overall but when you get it home and try to get it working it doesn't happen easily so some Indian guy calls and says he will charge me for the drivers but i said if it dont work ill bring it back but my wife found the driver online and it works fine now. Plus i didnt know it was black and white only until i got home but that is ok i should have read the box better we were just in need of a printer asap.

It prints really fast and is just what I need. Especially when I am in a rush to print documents that I need for a client meeting, it never fails me. It was a great investment for my business which requires a lot of printing.

Brother customer support reps. (2). In different phone calls did not help me. They told me their drivers and software were not compatible with the latest windows 11 updates. They directed me to Microsoft support. Are you kidding me?
