The screen is not illuminated and is difficult to read. Laminated Label Tape jammed in machine after about half the tape was used. This happened with both label widths. I cannot recommend this labeler because of this. PROS: The labeler has a built in cutter. Use batteries or ac power. You can change fonts, size, width, add borders. Intuitive QWERTY keyboard Labeler can be connected to computer
