The computer worked fines . It was human error on my part that felt it didn’t do what I wanted

Great printer, only I did have some problems with it and had to call Brothers for tech support which ended up with my computer getting hacked because my call got redirected. So beware of redirected calls.

I’d love this printer sublimation made easy no conversion needed. The ink is a little expensive but well worth the price delivering and shipping was awesome. The packaging was well thought out.

This is my very first sublimation printer, So far so good. Some images print much better than others. I had a little trouble getting the yellow to print but it’s working now.

Best printer I have seen for doing sublimation. Could not be happier with the device.

Works great for sublimation, but I cannot get it to print well on easysubli. I've tried to figure out how to darken my black ink, and I am having a hard time with that as well. I also do not like how I am unable to use artspira on my laptop, I do not like to try creating new designs from my phone.
