Once, you're limited to 8.5in by 11 which isn't great.Its BB only Sub printer option. I also don't like that I can't print from my computer, so that's why I couldn't rate it higher.

Ordering wasn't hard and it was available sooner than expected. I had zero issues with picking up the item from the store. Never had an issue with Best Buy, ever! Oh, and i live the printer
