    Two reasons for giving this a 3-star rating: There was no return label to Brother for recycling the old toner (first time that has happened), and the delivery was AWFUL. Older guy placed the toner directly in the hot sun and away from the front door by about 75 yards and there was no way to tell where he placed it. Saw him there and tried to get his attention, but after glancing over, he drove away. I had to look around our property, and he placed it in the most ludicrous place possible. Doubt I will use Best Buy for a delivery again.

    What can you say? It's toner and you need it. Get the high-yield spend a bit more money but it will be cheaper in the long run and fewer toner changes. No issues with this product and easy to install. Would buy again...and again. Gotta ding the value though but then again i think all toner is over priced...it's a racket.

    This toner lasts a very long time, I use it for my small business. I print everything form payroll checks to purchase orders to invoices and never is there a smear or smudge from this toner. Best Buy sells it cheaper then anyone else and it’s always in stock at my store.
