Envelope print not usable

Because of this I cannot use stamps.com to print postage on the envelope. I contacted Brother and they had no advice. Printer was returned to Best Buy.

Ever buy an item and think that you should keep the box for 30 days because you just have a terrible feeling it is going to break? Well this printer is just that item. The negative reviews were, well Correct! This was not to be a heavily used printer, but there was a need for something to be printed every so often. Purchased 10/31/25 and here is just outside of the return ( and no box) on 12/18/25 and it has stopped working. No-reboot, no internet, no wifi. Nothing. Yes it is on. No it does nothing. Just a large paperweight that is not even very heavy. Glad I kept my old GIGANTIC Brother machine. It works fine, just big. Find something better!
