I tried Brother as it was the best price and on sale. I have been absolutely thrilled with this purchase! It is faster and easier to use than either the two previous printers i mentioned. Thoroughly satisfied.

It wasn’t connecting to my phone it was showing wrong connection name. But after the stat up, it is a good printer. Great for small places too.

There is minimal setup guidance, and zero explanation of the "control panel", but with the help of my Best Buy Total representative, I finally got it set up, and it makes great copies.

It has no capability to copy from iPads and iPhones, no ability to print PDF documents.however the worst thing is the tiny view screen for setting up the printer.But worse than that, you have to hit the keys numerous times to get it to type in data . Finally there is no guide to help maneuver which arrow you press to assist your entry which leads to lots of entry mistakes. Then if you hit the wrong arrow to cancel and fix the entry error, you lose all of your data. This is not a joke, I must have redone my network set up at least 10 times. But worst of all any support is totally useless. I spent probably spent at least 6 hours on the phone repeating “ I did not understand a word you said” . And never mind asking for another person, they are all the same. One of the most miserable tasks I have ever undertaken.

I like being able to print from home. I'm not too tech savvy and was able to connect a cord from the printer to my laptop and was able to easily print what I needed.
