Purchased this printer to be able to print from my tablet or phone. So far this printer has worked as promised. Crisp black prints as well as colored. Nice printer for the price!!

I'm not very good with some tech but this printer was easy to set up and prints at a high quality for a reasonably priced printer. I've printed from my Laptop, Mac and even from my iPhone.

Excellent multifunctional printer for the price. I have always used Brother as they are reliable, durable and ink is priced right as I dont like generic. Highly recommended for the money!

Not wanting to spend a lot for a new printer the reviews for this Brother printer caught my attention. I wanted a printer that was also a scanner and would have WiFi capability. This one had all that and was on sale. The copy and print is clear and crisp. I like being able to print from my phone and this feature is a bonus. I have no complaints so far with this model or Brother as a product. I would purchase it again and recommend it to anyone not wanting to spend too much for these functions.

This is a decent printer for the money! I, unfortunately, have had to contact Brother and have a brand new printer sent to me within a month of purchase. I print ALOT! Printer started jamming when trying to print double sided. There were no foreign objects causing the jams. Customer service was excellent though, and I had a brand new printer arrive at my home in 2 days! The new one is working good, for now!

This printer is quiter than the HP printer I had. Prints just as fast and takes up less foot print. Really pleased with this purchase.

This printer provides great printouts, but is slow on the duplex printing. No problems, just give it time. The picture quality is better than expected, and I was surprise that it does go edge to edge on the paper if requested. Be careful getting ink, after buying the printer, I immediately purchased a set of replacement ink from Best Buy. The Brother LC103BK ink does not fit this printer. The original ink lasted 2 1/2 months; so I did not find it did not fit until after the return period..

I bought this product a month ago to replace a HP Officejet Pro 8600 that had suffered its second major breakdown that I could not seem to fix. The Brother printer was a bit challenging to set up because of having click on various buttons and hitting the up and down arrows but after studying the directions and a visit to the Best Buy Geek Squad (which I highly recommend adding to your purchase) it works well. I have not yet replaced any ink cartridges yet so I cannot comment on cartridge prices. The copy and scan features work well and I like the printer's smaller size. So far, I am happy with this printer.

Bought it for my daughter who is in college. It was very easy to set up, because my she set it up herself which surprised me. It prints, scans and copies well.

Item is compact size. easy to install. It has enough feature for normal use. but print speed is slow. Accept for home when you don't use it often

This printer was very easy to set up right out of the box. The flexible keyboard/controls are a nice touch. Quality printing so far!

Simple set up, even to my phone! The copies are great!! No smears or light spots. Very user friendly. Though had to get use to using the arrows to go through the setup process.

I like the Brother. Does a great job printing both in black and colored ink. Very sharp. Also perfect size for the inside space on the shelf of my desk. Price was right.

The installation is very simple and straight forward with WiFi or disc set up. Printing quality is reasonable with the price that you are paying for.

If you want a reasonably priced, reliable printer that is simple to install and easy to use is a great choice.

Great printer. Easy to install and wireless printing is a breeze. Colors come out great and the additional fax function makes it perfect. No more fedex trips for me lol.

Our use is light to medium home duty, with 3 high school/college students and two parents using the printer for mostly printing b&w text, occasional color plain paper use, and occasional photo printing. We've only had the printer less than a month, but so far so good, and it's too early to report meaningfully on ink usage. The price is great, but the OEM cartridges are on the expensive side. Yet to see how many pages one really gets from each one. The printer is small, quiet, and fast compared to the Canon Pixma MX922 that we replaced.

So far, with very little use, I have experienced no problems with this machine. It has responded to my commands rapidly and printed very quickly. I did have a question about a particular setting when I used the "Quick Start Guide". So, I called customer service. After waiting on hold for 35 minutes, I got a very disinterested female who had difficulty with the English language, and her attitude and answers for me were in no way helpful for me. I hung up very dissatisfied.
