Very pleased with this printer so far. It was easy to set up with my WIFI which pleased me the most since I am a novice with the computer/technology. The printer was relatively inexpensive and BestBuy had the current mfg price whereas several other sites had it at over the mfg $$ price. This printer is well suited for home and casual/personal use. Brother printer ink was included and it will be interesting to see how long the initial ink will last

I had a HP all in one copier. It was expensive to buy and the ink was expensive. My new Brother all in one was a fraction of the cost of the HP, and the ink is much cheaper. I have everything the HP had. I'm very happy with my purchase. It copies well and was easy to set up. I should have switched to a Brother years ago.

I love this model line of Brother printers. Super easy to operate. Works as expected. Easy setup. I have another one that I bought years ago and still works great, super reliable. So much so, my daughter took it to college. This wasn’t available for months so I tried some other printers in the meantime. Mistake! It was worth the wait for this printer

I purchased this because my expensive office printer stopped working and I needed something fast. The lazer printer I was going to purchase to replace it, needed to be shipped to my local store which would have taken too long. This printer isn't fancy but it does the job for basic printing needs...both color and black and white are clean and crisp. I wouldn't use it to try and print photos but for basic documentation it's perfect. And it's super easy to use...just plug and play.

Great printer for price. Easy to install and use. Not big and bulky. Easily fits in a cabinet to remove from site. Easy wireless set up.

I have only owned this printer for a little under a month, but it came highly recommended to me. It was a snap to set up and I love the fact that I can print from any room in my house via our wifi internet. Saves me tons of time and energy. It was also on sale and I used my Best Buy Rewards to purchase it at a very affordable price. Can't wait to try all the other features on this printer!

This printer has everything I needed in a small footprint, reasonably priced consumables and acceptable speed. The printer and scanner functions can be accessed by flat or feeder. It has easy to use display to print from phone or multiple sources. I will be buying an another for my personal office at work to prevent queuing or losing copies at the company hub printer. Too easy and affordable to forego the extra convenience.

We bought this printer to for our nonprofit organization. It has helped with our printing, copying and faxing needs. We were surprised at how easy it was to set up and use. Buying the proper ink was a bit problematic as we couldn't find it in the store so I had to buy it on Amazon. Setting up the fax took a little longer to set up correctly. Overall it was great purchase as we get started.

Good printer-easy set up and quality printer with a great price point!

Not as fast as my previous hp printer, but so far ink seems to be lasting longer. The main reason for my purchase was the cost of hp ink (way too expensive) and I don’t feel it lasted as long as hp would say. So far I’m happy with the whole function of the brother printer. The ink is cheaper and so far seems to be lasting longer than the hp ink. It prints from my iPad and iPhone. As of yet no complaints. Easy set up.

I had a Brother printer before, but ended up with that other brand of printers since as I've always been that "other brand" person. But since that brand & others are forcing their auto replenishment programs, I soured on them. Back to Brother I go & I am not disappointed. The set up was relatively easy & has been working great since. I'm not a heavy printer, so the cartridges that came with the printer are still showing approximately 70% after a month. The printer is very responsive & the interface is comprehensive. The print quality is fine for what I need. I find all the colors to be vibrant contrary to some reviews I read about them. I would also like to add that the rep who helped me with choosing a printer at Best Buy was so kind & helpful. He wasn't even a Brother rep, he was a rep for another printer brand. I'm very happy with the printer & with the help I received at Best Buy, which is sadly not as easily available out there anymore.

Easy set up. Great prints. Love the size. I'd recommend buying the high yield ink.

Tech was very helpful setting up. Easy to use. Compact and does not take up much space.

Very satisfied. Easy set up. Easy WiFi connections. Similar to the brothers printer we replaced. (It lasted 15 yrs.) Best buys price beat their competitors and saved us over $100. Ink installation is easy and replacement cartridges are economical. This is a good home or school work printer. Print speed is not as fast as our old printer but it meets our needs.

This printer was reasonably priced, did what we needed, and was a brand I trusted. It did not disappoint. It prints double sided, in color, and it scans. It eats ink, so we have to be careful about having enough for projects around Christmas and Easter, but otherwise, it meets our needs.

Ordering was not as easy as I expected and it turned out I couldn't order for delivery but only for curbside pickup. However, the price was excellent - better than Amazon. The product was available when they said and the curbside pickup with easy and quick. The printer was easy to set up and use.

I purchased this printer in order to have a smaller printer and I really like the print quality; however, I am not a fan of the scanning capabilities as I would like to straighten scanned documents when they are not straight; otherwise the printer is compact and good printer for small cases.
