Best product you can buy
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My first time using a wireless keyboard for Microsoft device and I can say that I am greatly satisfied with this Brydge wireless keyboard. It looks and feels like it is well made and solid. It holds secure tight and there is no fear of device falling off from the keyboard. It is safe to use on Microsoft SP3/4. The metal hinges move smoothly without any issue and it allows multiple of angles of setup. The keyboard is like normal size keys and they feel comfortable for typing and mouse pad very responsive. Pairing was fast and easy with no issue with Bluetooth connection. Again, I am very pleased with this product and if I ever need another wireless keyboard, I will definitely get a Brydge brand.

Good, not great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Keyboard is awesome. Easy to type on and very comfortable. I found the trackpad to be a little finicky, especially with clicking, both left and right clicks. It did not always respond well.

Great keyboard
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the Brydge Keyboard for my Surface Pro 4. It takes the hassle out of having to find a flat surface to pull out the back of the tablet, and it stays put, and won't tip over. Definitely giving this product 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!!!

I can't say enough good things!!
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I say I did over the top research on what keyboard to get (for my surface pro 7) I don't think over the top covers it. I went back and forth, read tons and tons and TONS of blogs and reviews etc. Anyway, I had the surface cover keyboard and hated it almost immediately. I like to be able to sit wherever I want and but my LAPtop in my lap lol but you really can't do that with the cover. Even with the stand. So I had been eyeing this keyboard... and I'm gonna mention all the topics I can think of that you might look for; Security; I remember reading someone saying it was bending their screen, and I just want to say I definitely have NOT had that issue at all. But it DEFINITELY does feel very secure!! It holds it really snug. Seriously, sometimes I carry it open while just holding the keyboard sometimes (only when necessary) and I legitimately don't even think about worrying about my surface. I've even tried to make it fall out (*!!it would have only fell about 2 inches onto pillows on my bed!!!*) And that sucker isn't going anywhere. Battery; so I intentionally waited to write this review until the battery died. For one thing, to see how long it lasted. And for another, to give myself plenty of time to really try it out and give a full review... Not a I've had it 3 hours review lol. SO, I bought it on 1/24/20 and it's now 4/29/20 and it literally JUST FINALLY DIED. I am so insanely impressed! I'm on my computer a pretty decent amount of time, especially since quarintine, and if it wasn't for quarintine it would probably still be alive. And yet even with it being on I would say around at least 20 hours a week? (I have no idea I didn't clock myself... But more than just checking Facebook once a day.. I've been doing lots of zoom calls and research and some work on my computer, sometimes all day). Anyway... I think the battery is outstanding! I want to also note I didn't charge it out of the box. Typing; I'm not super picky about this... But I do like to feel my keys while I type. And I like the clicky sound..(? Very technical word I know) but I really enjoy typing on this. A lot. And I definitely like it way, way more than the surface cover (sorry Microsoft). I also want to mention... I paint a lot and I've gotten paint on it at least once (try not to do that) but it cleaned up really easily! Idk if it should get points for that... But hey why not. Plus at least it's not like the cover where it immediately starts to wear down from the oils of your hand the moment you start using it. Seriously, I noticed a difference on the surface cover in the first week I had it. Backlight; I think the backlight is the perfect amount. I know I'm starting to sound like I want to marry it but I'm serious and here's why, I really hate when some backlights are so bright it's blinding, esp if you have the lights off. But nobody wants one that barely has any benefit either. I think it's spot on. Bluetooth; ok this was definitely my biggest concern hands down. And again I am so amazed I'm not sure I will do justice with words, but it turns on immediately. (It turns on by you opening up your laptop, the grips moving cause it to turn on immediately. And it is always linked to my computer immediately. There is virtually no delay at all, if at all. And I have never had an issue with it connecting or losing connection at all. I think it's safe to say over all I'm SOOO HAPPY I got this!!! Absolutely worth every penny. And I appreciate the guy working there in the store, opening it up for me to see and touch it before buying it, just to give me reassurance. He was great. If you're thinking about it. Definitely get it. I don't think you will be disappointed. Also if you have any sort of problems, I'm sure they will be happy to help you either solve the problem or replace it. (Outside of the quarintine anyway) Happy hunting!

Great...overall
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great keyboard to make your surface Pro actually feel like a real laptop. The keyboard is very sturdy so you can type and not feel bounce back like the Surface type-cover. The only reason for four stars is because it is quite heavy and adds lots of weight, whereas the surface pro type cover is nice and thin and takes up a lot less room to travel. I have both keyboards now and use this one went at home and the other one when I travel

Very high quality product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The finish and materials are of top notch for an aftermarket accessory. Even down to the bottom of the keyboard is the star screws you'd see on the MacBook. The hinge is quite smooth and after several days of use, it has not loosened up at all and remains solid. The keys work relatively well but may take a moment or two if you just woke up the SP4 and start typing right away. This is likely due to the Bluetooth connection and just an adjustment if you are coming from the keyboard cover which is obviously a direct connection. The one thing that isn't listed anywhere is the fact that the backlit keys are not light sensitive as in most laptops but rather is adjusted manually because of this. Not a huge deal breaker but one should know that you have to hold the function key, then press the right Ctrl key to choose which level you want. Lastly, one huge benefit that has not been listed anywhere is the fact that since the PC is completely in your tablet, the bottom of the keyboard never gets hot while on your lap like a conventional laptop would. This was always a problem with Macbooks as they naturally run hot and get extremely warm on your lap. Hence the huge market and demand for those laptop coolers!

Good keyboard, but heavy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this and really wanted it to work for me. The keyboard was easy to connect and fit perfectly. However, for me it just wasn't right. I have my Surface Pro because it is small and lightweight. The keyboard just made it to heavy. I ended up returning it. But, if you don't mind the added weight, I do recommend it.

Nice addition to the Surface
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This keyboard works great - just what I need for working on my Surface while traveling. The sturdy keyboard adds a nice layer of protection to your Surface during travel, but the real bonus is the kickstand on the Surface doesn't fall off the edge of the seat-back tray anymore. It's the convenience of a laptop in a tablet package.

Excellent product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It took just minutes to get going and works every single time flawless. I never have to do anything to sync it with the tablet. Microsoft did a lot of improvements with the hinge but still it lacks lapability as Microsoft likes to call it. This device bridges the gap. The keyboard is sturdy and the hinge is strong. The only suggestion I had for the manufacturer was to move the USB charger closer to the hinge that way all your sources are close to each other.

Nice keyboard - worth buying
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the keyboard and would buy it again. I have recommended it to my friends with a Surface Pro 4. I see a couple of areas that I would improve. First is that it does not save the Fn+Caps Lock setting. This means each time you open it you have to reset that to use the function keys that I normally use as function keys and not as the "battery", volume, screen brightness, etc. Second, I have large hands and to move the keyboard the extra little bit towards the top would give just enough space to rest my hands. The battery life seems great. I do love being able to use it easily on my lap. I will still use the Microsoft Type Cover but not as frequently. The touch pad works pretty well. I do have some issues with the "buttons" but it seems like I am getting better with the right button click.

Very nice keyboard
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was hestitant to buy this keyboard from reading some reviews about it cracking the screen but I’m glad I did. I can see where it puts a little force on the screen when closing it but I close the hinges and do not pull on the Surface 4 Pro. I think if you do that, it should be fine. The keyboard is nice and built like a tank. I have only had it for about a month but love that I can use my Surface 4 Pro like a laptop now. The battery charge on the keyboard lasts a long time too.

Great Product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was a big fan of this keyboard as it gave the SP4 some life. My biggest complaint about it (and why it doesn't get a 5) is because it adds quite a considerable amount of weight. The build quality is top notch and the responsiveness via Bluetooth is snappy.

Phenomenal Keyboard
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have waited a long time for this keyboard to come out. It is the perfect companion for my Surface Pro 3. I love that I can use my Surface like a laptop now without the silly kickstand. The responsiveness of the trackpad and keys are great and it is a stunning product overall. 10/10 would buy again.

Nice but too heavy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It looks great on Surface Pro. Now I can use like a lap top. It gives more stability on a desk. But it's too heavy and adds significant weight to the Surface Pro. I understand it should be heavy otherwise the machine will tip over. Besides, the hinge part gives too much pressure on the screen so the screes looks blurry around the hinge part.

Quality Product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really was excited when I found this product, I love the surface platform, but always wanted the laptop hinge. This is the solution to this problem, very good quality build, and excellent Battery life. It has been over a month or two on the initial charge and still good to go.

Great addition to my Surface Pro
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It definitely makes my Surface Pro heavy BUT it's heavy enough so that it can counter-balance the Surface Pro itself. Otherwise, the "laptop" won't stand upright on its own. The battery life is great, I love that the keys light up underneath, and the mouse is sensitive. I've had no issues thus far.

No Need to Buy a Laptop
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I own a Surface Pro 3. I love this tablet, but it's extremely difficult to use as a laptop. I was tempted to buy a laptop until I saw this Brydge keyboard reviewed online. I wasn't sure if I would like it, but the Best Buy salesperson told me I could try it out for week to see if I liked it. If I didn't like it, I could return it within a week for a full refund. So, I bought it and used it for a lot for a whole week. I loved it! The keyboard provides enough weight so that it isn't top heavy. It connects via Bluetooth and I'm still using it on the first battery charge. I highly recommend it.

Great for a laptop feel
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Brydge wireless keyboard for the Microsoft Surface Pro is great if you want a more laptop feel for the Pro. It is a little on the heavy side - it weighs more than the Pro itself - but it seems really durable. I have not had any problems with it, and the battery lasts more than a month on one charge. Overall, if you don't mind the little extra weight, it is a really great product!

It was a great replacement
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was effy if it was goin to be better than the keyboard I had before but I was extremely pleased that I didn't have to rely on the kickstand...It works in your lap too..Never have to worry about it falling off

Great product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s solid, looks good and professional, yet strong to be able to take a bit of abuse due to accidental drop or constant moving/shifting. Only negative is the price over $100 when I purchased. Might want to wait for a sale or open box. Otherwise would be 5 stars. Also comes with replacement parts for the items that wear out due to opening and closing which was nice.
