The in drawer microwave was a great addition to our kitchen remodel. It has many useful features. The only thing we wish is that the panel was back lit. It is a little difficult to see all the options.

Never thought I’d spend this much on a microwave but I was surprised to find the value behind this appliance. Looks amazing built in and also functions so much better than the hood units. More precise in defrosting and reheating. A breeze to use and love the automatic drawer function. The heating mechanism is on the top for rehearing and it spins rather than your food spinning. Much more spacious than the average microwave oven.

Installer did an excellent job. He had to re-cut our high-end cabinets (1/8" on each side) to allow enough room for this new microwave / convection oven. The microwave is quiet and has a multitude of features that are very convenient to manage and offers a variety ways to cook and bake.

The built in microwave is very nice looking. It has various cooking mode besides just a microwave. It can bake and have crispy feature. Haven’t used all the cooking modes, but is working on it. Goes well with my new ge profile oven too

We are used to traditional microwaves. This is our first draw microwave and we we love it.

Looks beautiful in my new kitchen plus it works like a charm.

Great convection oven and kit. Fit perfectly above our oven.

Fits nicely with lots of room. The display screen never stays on the time and is always flashing something or another. Possibly because the buttons are so sensitive and easy to hit inadvertently when moving. Overall works very well and is a great alternative compared to other popular brands that are much higher priced.

This appliance is an excellent. However, Best Buy installation was paid but they never installed appliance. Delivery/ Installation person dumped the box and said he needs to get his tools from the vehicle that he never returned. Best Buy was supposed to refund my installation charge and never refunded. Customer service promises to resolve but never gets done.

I like the convenience of the drawer and where it is located in the base cabinet. It’s easy to keep clean. The only negative is that it takes a little bit longer to get your food temperature to where you want it to be. It looks good and very stylish and gives your kitchen a professional look.

Strong and quick warming. The built looks great with the trim kit and matching built in oven. Easy to use and large cavity to handle large microwavables. Great product from a great company!

Overall it’s a good microwave but there’s a problem with the drawer not closing properly. It’s been that way since it was installed. The installer didn’t really address it. We have contacted Sharp and they are repairing it since it falls under the warranty.

I bought 3 new appliances and I love them all. We had some difficulty with the ice maker; however, the staff at best buy was very professional and it was resolved without cost to me. Thank you for my new stuffs!

Great product which provides so much convenience while microwaving. The pleasing look of the front and overall performance is exceptional and consistent with my expectations for high end product. I would recommend product. Note: be careful when scheduling installers, they do not come prepared to do any modifications to your cabinet and will only place item in prefabricated cabinet. Very basic install and frankly not to my expectations for Tech service.

Looks great, especially with the custom trim kit. Works well, easy to use
