This was not a microwave drawer; but an over the stove microwave. Installation was a breeze. The installers were very professional. No complaints.

From the minute the installation people were at My home, they were making excuses as to why they couldn’t complete installation. Then after complaining they finally said they would do it but only if I paid them more money. I was speechless! They were very unprofessional so and I felt like I was being hustled. They made me feel very uncomfortable. Being that I waited a month for my microwave, I didn’t really have a choice but to pay their additional fees. I was so disappointed and frustrated by the end of the installation that I called their 3rd party company and made a complaint. This is not a good representation of Best Buy and I was not happy with what occurred. On top of it, once it was installed the appliance below it started acting strange. If anything goes wrong, you better believe I am calling Best Buy and they are going to have to fix it. So dissatisfied by my experience. The only good thing about it was that the microwave is beautiful. I had to have a neighbor come over after they left just to check their work because I didn’t trust them. Best Buy do better.

The item is ok but finger prints show. The big reason for the one star is the fact that the item was delivered late, staff kept promising same day delivery for over 2 weeks and i had to cancel the item and then it shows up and did not get reimbursed. I did not receive the installation service. I'm saddened by the sheer lack of care or concern for your customers. If there was a negative 1 start that's the one I would give.

Warranty was worth the money, replaced my broken drawer with a brand new one
