    Average experience. The delivery came with a broken appliance. They needed to reschedule for another day to bring in a replacement. It was such a hassle.

    Very pleased with our new Bosch drawer microwave oven. Only had it about a month or so, but it does an excellent job thus far. Time will tell! Our last drawer microwave was a Thermador, which lasted 7 years (before the Magneto went out).

    Consultant & staff very helpful. Only complaint is microwave was backordered twice, so there was an almost 3 month delay from ordering to installation
