    Replaces my built in. Same model so it fits well. Too expensive and the old one was rarely used, and it broke down. I can't recommend this.

    Building drawer for microwave oven is not part of the installation. End up using double wall ovens rather than oven and microwave

    This is a replacement for our first Bosch drawer microwave. It is working as it should and we think it's a good quality product. Happy we made this choice.

    Haven’t use the convection cooking in this appliance, but the microwave takes twice as long as my previous microwave to warm or cook food. Unless you’re going to use convection, I would recommend only a microwave drawer appliance.

    Good microwave. However did not come with the frame for installation as it states if you sign up for the Best Buy membership so pretty misleading

    The microwave arrived damaged. Needed to be hauled away and returned to the Best Buy warehouse at a subsequent visit. The side of the box that the microwave was shipped in to us was heavily ripped up.

    Was incorrectly advised by the BB rep on the item to buy based on the specifications provided. Waste of time and long tedious process for refund
