Untrained and clueless

First they tried to get out of installing the dishwasher claiming it wasn't plumbed right. I had to show them how to do it. When they installed the fridge, they could not figure out how a basic level worked. I had to explain the bubble must be halfway between the two lines, Secondly, they refused to install the inti-tip bracket. Lastly, I need to get them back to set the 24" deep built-in fridge deeper in the cabinet cavity. It is supposed to be flush with the front. They left it sticking 2.5" out into the room.

Horrible purchase

My 12k fridge turns off and on by itself for no reason. Bought it in March and have to wait until the end of Oct for the " new" fridge . Never been so disappointed ! Never had any problems with best buy until this purchase!

BestBuy has the absolutely worst customer service

I made the order 9 months ago. In the past 9 months, BestBuy had scheduled numerous delivery appointments with me to install the fridge panels (that comes separately from the fridge) but every single time they sent the wrong people to my house and failed to do the job. BestBuy doesn't do installation themselves. They hired third-party companies to do the installation to free themselves from liabilities, which explains why they kept sending the wrong people. After 9 months of many installation appointments, the end results are incorrectly installed panels and badly damaged floor in my kitchen. I am currently getting in touch with their third party insurance company. But I have no confidence that BestBuy will do the right thing to fix the damages that they have made and compensate me for the inconveniences that they have casued me and my family.
