    Just as promised the Best Buy team delivered The new and took away the old frig without a hitch. We would use them again for the next appliances that croak.

    Did good job in removal. Purchase date was September 2, 2019 not 12/14/2019 Would recommend Sub Zero to friend, however, not to purchase from Best Buy Vendor.

    Installers did a great job removing and hauling away old refrigerator. They were very respectful of personal property.

    Still waiting on completion. It has been over a month and the delivery/haul away/install has yet to be completed and no one will help me despite multiple requests. Fridge is sitting outside old fridge halfway out in my kitchen.

    It took me hours on the phone explaining the need for special team, (the first team had already asked for it), and 5 appointments to get it done, (2 wroing teams showed, 1 was a no show, 1 cancelled by the company) until one of the team members that schedule services realized the code for special team had not been changed. After almost a month of this the correct team showed up and they did the removal and installation at the same time.

    Worst experience to date. The delivery company has now scheduled and cxld the appt 8 times to install. Terrible customer service.
