Unable to haul old Built0in away

Such Poor service

Careful with large refrigerator haul-aways

An outside dispatch service, CTSI, was hired by Best Buy to haul away our large 48" built-in refrigerator/freezer (which takes 4 people), and to install a smaller loaner refrigerator in it's place. Only 2 people showed up with the loaner fridge, but couldn't remove our scheduled 48" built-in, and left our sealed loaner fridge in our dining room. After calls to the dispatch center, Best Buy, Pacific Sales, and emails.... and then the following day with more calls to the dispatch center, Best Buy, Pacific Sales, and emails .... I'm still waiting for the problem to be resolved.
