Take Down!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My friends and I used to play another Burnout when we were in university. We played it constantly until we 100% it by taking turns and making it a drinking game. This game however does not have those gameplay mechanics. I wish it had the crash for money mini game in it. The open world aspect is decent but many times I’m just cruising trying to get to the other side of the city for an event. If you fail the event, you have to drive all the way back to the start. Gets annoying fast. There need to be warp points or a way to fast travel to events or areas. The achievements in the open world, like smashing through the bulletin boards, is okay but it seems they’re just there to break up the monotony of constantly having to drive across town for events. All in all the game is good but some of the mechanics make it just a 3 star. If it had area fast travel or a menu to select events to start without having to travel across town, it would have received a 5. Love Burnout but this is game could have more options included.

Burnout Portable
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this on sale for 10 dollars. I am happy that I did. The game is great and runs well on the hardware, especially in handheld mode. For any fan of the Burnout series or arcade racers, it's certainly worth your time.

Burnout REMASTERED
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Never got a chance to try this game out but finally picked up a copy and am still very impressed. Burnout 3 is possibly the best racing game every to come out and really this tries to replicate that experience.

Better for single person
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you get this game for single player use, then yes 5 stars all day long smooth game play, controls are a little awkward at first but you get used to it. From what I saw there wasn’t a way to change gameplay controls. I didn’t like how the multiplayer kinda lacks in options. So 4 stars for that.

Burnout, Time Out
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I enjoyed this game when I had it on my XBox 360 years ago. It’s a free roamer where you drive around to find the action you want. I’ve been a fan of the Burnout series for a long time. It’s fun and it helps you pass the time.

Fun
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game is a ton of fun, it’s open world with lots of fun races, stunts, smashing cars and billboards. If you’ve ever played a burnout game you’ll feel right at home. If you haven’t played one before it’s a great one to start with

Not what i expected.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The original burnout had a crash mode. This does not it claims it has something called a showdown but its not like the original. How ever it has good graphics and seemed quite easy for my 10 yr old to understand.

Great Title! Fun Racing Game!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent port of Burnout Paradise for Switch. If you played this game on Xbox 360 or PS3, it’s the exact same game. That isn’t a bad thing at all! If you grab this game at a decent price, it’s worth it!

Great fun
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is great to have the game on the go finally. The game plays great and looks pretty good for being on the Switch. I bought the game on sale, and EA priced it higher than it should have been. I recommend buying this on a sale or waiting for the $19.99 sweet spot. If you cannot wait, but it's loads of fun.

remaster done well
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Enjoyed this one even more than the original from back in the day. Gets the basic arcade action right, even though there are fancier racers out there. Recommended!

Better to Burnout Than Fade Away
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Positives: + Looks good and runs very well + Plenty of events to participate in and vehicles to choose from + A large, varied soundtrack that can be customized to your taste + Controls very well The Downsides: - Retrying an event after failure is time-consuming - Online mode doesn't feature crossplay (unlike NFS: Hot Pursuit Remastered) - Can get disoriented in races if you're not great at navigation - A stark reminder that there hasn't been any new Burnouts since this game Overall: Burnout Paradise Remastered is one of the better driving/racing games to play on the Switch. A very good time, especially at the prices it regularly goes for these days.

Great port of original
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great port of the original. I was surprised how well the game plays on the switch. If you are a fan of the original, which is free with game pass, its worth getting for portability.

Drive fast, crash into stuff
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Burnout Paradise remains a super-fun game and even though they made some compromises to get it to run on the Switch you won't be disappointed if it's your only option. You get to drive fast and crash into things, and that's a recipe for a fine video game.
