Not the same feeling as on mobile

So I got my hands on this game for the Switch, it was originally a mobile game, and it follows this story of a Syrian refugee Nour trying to make it to Europe, you experience the whole thing through text messages she's sending back and forth with her husband Majd who stays behind, the text message thing makes it feel personal and immediate, like you're right there in the middle of their lives. Now, playing it on the Switch was a bit of a mixed bag, the game's mechanics are still there, but the whole experience isn't quite as smooth, because in mobile it really felt like you were using a messaging app, which totally sucked you in, but on the Switch that feeling's kind of lost, and the console's interface doesn't have that same slick, intuitive feel as a smartphone, so it felt a little awkward at times, vsually and sound wise it's pretty minimalist, but that actually works in its favor, keeping you laser focused on the story, the art style is simple, but it definitely gets the themes and emotions across. Honestly, while the story is good, I'm not sure the Switch is the best way to experience it.
