    LOVE LOVE LOVE the Cafe Convection Microwave! It can bake a cake or air fry chicken and fries in addition to defrosting anything and then cooking it! It works with Chef Connect and is a wonderful Addison to my kitchen!

    The oven is fine. Your delivery and install clowns ! They are the worst we have ever had. Rude slobs. Left a mess. Rude to my wife. We canceled our order for the Bosch frig. And range. Becase of it. I spoke to there dispatch and told them I would not be home before 3 and he sent his clown s anyway. This is the last applince purchase I will make from Best Buy. We have had 3 big screen TV installed and 2 sound systems no problems.

    This is a great microwave with a ton of features! My personal praise it you can use it as a mini oven and bake pizzas. It's a beautiful two in one.

    Beautiful roomy microwave. The matte black finish reminds me of a cast iron and is more charcoal than datk black. I have not used all the features yet, but the microwave function works well. The controls are very different than my GE from 2004. I miss the express buttons and it would be helpful to have a video overview with instructions, tips and hints. Have only had this microwave a few weeks.
