Awesome combo unit. Space saver with the 3-in-1 and looks great.

I would have loved to give this 5 stars as I am super pleased with my purchase. I cannot believe there is no "Pizza" button. Reheating pizza is an American staple. I have tried several methods between the microwave and the air fryer but not so great. I was super excited about the air fryer feature and I am not sure if it is me (doing something wrong) of if it is the unit. Everything I have air fried just comes out dry. Unfortunately, even the online manual (which I downloaded) doesn't really help. We did use the convection back to cook a funeral potatoes (potato casserole). It came out okay, but not as good as baking in the oven. The microwave features work great. It does take a bit to learn how to use with the dial, etc. It's a little like dialing the Stargate. Overall, I am happy. It was a little pricy and you pay for what you want. The power cord is in a strange place for an over-the-range unit. We had to drill a new hole in the middle of the shelf it rests under. Consequently, we lost some shelf space. The unit itself looks great. I could not be more pleased with the appearance.

Great, as long as it works. This is a sleek unit, it cooks quickly and i like the convection oven for small jobs without heating up the house and wasting a lot of electricity with the main oven. Unfortunately, the control board ($125 part) died after only 2 years, conveniently out of warranty. Im handy and installed the part myself, otherwise this would have been a 300-400$ repair bill. I'd probably recommend the extended warranty!

The Pros: - The look - The air fry/convection feature is handy and works although you need to use the rotating turntable to get even browning. - The chef connect feature is nice as it automatically turns on the light and/or the fan when you turn on the stove (if also a Cafe appliance). - The opening/closing of the door is just right. Sounds weird but that matters. The Cons: - The fan on high is insufficient to properly evacuate the smell of cooked foods below, even with a window open. - The brightness of the clock is way brighter the stove. You buy the set to have everything match so this is annoying and seems like an oversight. - Both the stove and microwave suffer from having more black than white. This is more like a white trim vs a white appliance. - The high gloss on the touch panel makes it a fingerprint magnet and isn’t easy to keep clean. Would I buy it again? Probably because it’s the only modern white microwave and there isn’t a better option yet.

This microwave is part of a really attractive GE Cafe line. I love the way it looks in our kitchen. Unfortunately, it is a bit cumbersome to use. Most timing functions are controlled through a dial rather than providing numbers to enter times. Anything over a minute is rather tedious to enter. The unit works fine and looks great, but functionality is definitely lost to aesthetic.

Very nice Microwave unit. This is our first experience with an "air Fry" function, we are quite impressed with the versatility. The knob took some time to get used to, we are used to hitting a button for time cook and automatically getting 1, 2, 3 minutes of cook time. We actually used baking features to cook and brown some of our Thanksgiving dishes this year, came in handy. So far we love it.

This microwave is a stunner. Good looking, sleek and model, if functions really well and has all sorts of bells and whistles. That said, as no manual is included and it requires “no pre-heat for the air fryer but all the recipes do,” we have not been able to use that function successfully yet. Maybe they should just develop their own recipe book for general air frying or adult their instructions and provide SOMETHING in print.

Best micowave! Its a 3 in 1, micowave, air fryer, conventional oven! I love this! Easy to use. Easy to clean! My whole family love it

I love having the added features of convection oven and air fryer. A more confident or experienced cook likely will not have my complaints. 1. HOWEVER, the directions for use are less than a page and there are no recipes. For me to learn to use it, I will need to invest time in searching for recipes and figuring out how to use these features. I would like better instructions. I didn’t find anything telling me whether I need to change the time for convection cooking. Oh— the delivery people told me to use the metal tray for regular microwave cooking. Thank goodness I did research enough to know that wasn’t accurate. Just including some simple recipes, including the rack and settings to use would be a huge help. 2. I prefer the old way of setting the cook time, where you punched in numbers. With the cafe, you have to turn a dial, which only has 15-second increments, then hit a Cook button TWO times. This process is longer than punching in numbers and doesn’t allow for less than 15 seconds. NOTE; I don’t feel qualified to give the star ratings because I haven’t had time to research how to use the convection or air fryer functions.

Love the look of my new micro convection! The CAFE' model was a great replacement & the matte black is very stylish. Joshua was my installer. Very courteous; he called a half hour before arriving. He was prompt, went right to work & was done quickly & efficently & cleaned up afterwards. Thanks Joshua!

I been having my eye on this microwave for a while. I finally decided to make the purchase and did not disappoint. The whole cafe brand from GE is so beautiful. I love the air fryer feature. No need to have another appliance when this one does so much. All in one.

I am excited about the air fryer option. We have not tried it quite yet, but read many reviews on how great this feature is. We debated on getting a microwave because we use our air fryer and stove to cook and heat everything up. Now we are excited because this is much bigger and we can air fry a whole chicken!

Beautiful and elegant microwave. Very spacious and comes with a lot of options and capabilities. The instructions on how to use the other options aside from the microwave could use improvement, especially with the different components and inserts. I think the controls could’ve been better engineered and designed with human factors, but still very easy to use. We love it

We love the versatility of this appliance. It replaces our air fryer and toaster oven. So useful with limited counterspace and the ability to bake/roast smaller items. Great for in the summer time when you don't want to turn on the oven! I love the ability to change the time while it's operating by using the knob. One thing I do not like is the whistle of the vent when it's on high. Noticeable in the very beginning, not so much now.

When I first started using this microwave or as my family likes to call it a mini oven, I thought I would never learn all of the features it offers. I love the features and ease of use. The design and style are Awesome.

Best microwave oven I’ve ever had. I love all the functions. My favorite being the heated oven feature that turns it into a combo oven and microwave to cook things faster. Also the feature that allows it to connect with a GE stove to turn on the venting feature automatically.

Is a great appliance. Highly recommend! Just remember it’s an (over the range) Microwave.

Incredible sleek microwave. Pulls the kitchen together and has a lot of very useful features. This microwave is awesome and has a very expensive and Elegant look to it!

Wish we would have done this sooner, such an improvement over our previous Microwave. The Convection portion for us will be something we need to get use too, but we are excited to try the new features now available to us.
