Has taken a little bit to get used to not having a number pad but honestly it’s not that big a deal. The time adjustment on the wheel are in increments of 15 seconds which is perfect. The air fryer is just ok. It’s significantly longer than our counter top air fryer. But the unit is bigger so could just be because of that. We will probably still keep our counter too air fryer.

If there is a modest issue it would be the 70+ pounds it weighs! Takes two techs to prep and install.

I really needed a new one and it has all the bells and whistles. Micro, convection and an air fryer! Plus the love the copper "Cafe" handle to go with my tile. Just love it. I haven't shopped at Best Buy for awhile, that will change!

This Microwave is way more than a microwave

I also didn’t know it air fry, bakes, roasts, combo cooks and has a hood built in the bottom. I seared steaks this week and it just sucked up the smoke. Previously with my old microwave, the smoke alarms would go off every time.

It can bake a cake or air fry chicken and fries in addition to defrosting anything and then cooking it! It works with Chef Connect and is a wonderful Addison to my kitchen!

Left a mess. Rude to my wife. We canceled our order for the Bosch frig. And range. Becase of it. I spoke to there dispatch and told them I would not be home before 3 and he sent his clown s anyway. This is the last applince purchase I will make from Best Buy. We have had 3 big screen TV installed and 2 sound systems no problems.
