Left a mess. Rude to my wife. We canceled our order for the Bosch frig. And range. Becase of it. I spoke to there dispatch and told them I would not be home before 3 and he sent his clown s anyway. This is the last applince purchase I will make from Best Buy. We have had 3 big screen TV installed and 2 sound systems no problems.

The matte black finish reminds me of a cast iron and is more charcoal than datk black. I have not used all the features yet, but the microwave function works well. The controls are very different than my GE from 2004. I miss the express buttons and it would be helpful to have a video overview with instructions, tips and hints. Have only had this microwave a few weeks.
