    I wanted to buy a microwave that matched the new range that I just purchased. This unit is quiet, EZ to use and is high quality. Love having the express cook (1 minute increments) and 30 second buttons. Great purchase.

    Looks good. Heats good. Like the defrost option. Just wish the buttons were more responsive. Often have to push several times.

    Buttons on the microwave are unlit and hard to read without strong light. Otherwise it’s just a microwave.

    I ordered my microwave and other appliances on july 22, 2025 im still yet to recieve the microwave, i have had 5 scheduled appointments for the microwave and each appointment has not been delivered. I am very disappointed, i spent alot of money on these applications.

    Item was automatically cancelled by Best Buy. AND Best Buy PROMISED an automatic refund within 48 hours. Never happened. It has been 672 hours. Attempted to use the chat line today. Communication was with someone for whom English was not their language.
