The one thing that was a major upgrade for my family was how evenly it heats the food. Just a very impressive piece for our kitchen and were loving it so far.

It looks very sleek and integrating through an app is nice. I don't have other Cafe appliances, but my phone alert notifies me when food is done. So far, great!

I really like how the controls are hidden until you tap the microwave when you need them. It was a bit of a splurge, but I’m happy I sprung for it.

This was a splurge purchase for me because I loved the look of the microwave, so it’s disappointing that it stopped looking good almost immediately.

I have several complaints. The push buttons are not very responsive. I would expect if you touch a number or function for it to work not having to hit it multiple times. Inside needs to be a lighter color for easy cleaning. Inside light is worthless unless it is dark in the room.
