    This microwave was everything I expected it to me based on my research at Consumer Reports online. My out of town guess who visited this weekend were impressed and called it "fancy"! I like this microwave alot! I appears more efficient than the 20 year old over the range microwave that it replaced. I hope I have this microwave for 20 years!

    This appliance is beautiful. It cooks fast and evenly. The only drawback is the glass door shows every smudge and finger print out there. If not kept spotless, it loses its sense of elegance. The quality and look is top notch but you must keep it clean.

    A bit different, the chef connect isn't that reliable or I would give it 5 stars. And the lights and fan do not connect to alexa or google. It would be nice to shut them on or off remotely

    The design is excellent and looks amazing in my kitchen. Not great quality. Had a kitchenaid microwave before and was much better quality and had much better settings.

  • Popcorn setting needs work

    Expensive but very nice. The only critique we have is the popcorn setting leaves many unpopped cornels. We have begun to set it for several minutes and just listen for the popping to stop which seems to work better.

      Hello- Thanks so much for taking the time to share your review. This is a really nice microwave and we are so happy to hear you are pleased with it. We do appreciate your feedback regarding the popcorn setting. For both types, the bag should be at least three ounces for proper operation of the popcorn pad. Do not use the popcorn pad if you are popping the smaller bag (1.75-ounce). Use the Time Cook function instead, and follow the instructions on the bag for selecting the correct time. Note: If the popcorn is slightly overdone or undercooked, the cooking time can be adjusted up or down by twenty seconds. Touch the Popcorn pad and then the "9" to add twenty seconds or touch the Popcorn pad and "1" to subtract twenty seconds. We hope this helps!
