This refrigerator is beautiful inside and outside, has been easy to keep clean. Since it’s a counter depth it is a little smaller than most but middle flex drawer holds a lot of items. I wish the fruit/veggie bins were a touch larger also. Overall very pleased and only gave 4 stars due to the capacity.

We are very happy with our purchase. We went to Colma, California Best Buy. The appliance person to see is Stanley Yeung. Older gentleman who worked many years at Sears appliance dept. Our kitchen fridge space was not standard and after we determined which fridge brand and semi premium level fridge we wanted, Stanley searched for the correct fridge that would fit our kitchen space. It was a very pleasant expereince working with Stanley.

Love it! Would have given a 5 but the counter depth restricts the ability to store larger pans and trays after a big dinner. This is no fault of the Cafe since that’s how all counter depth refrigerators are made. We were replacing a 20-yr. old GE French door standard depth, yet the overall depth did not stick out 7” from the counter as the new standard depth refrigerators do. So we had to compromise aesthetics for convenience. The other features; middle snack/soft freeze drawer is fantastic as is the well designed three drawer freezer-makes organizing the freezer a snap. The construction is solid, and substantial.

The Cafe refrigerator is smaller than most. It has wonderful storage space and is a perfect size for empty nesters. Works great and makes a good amount of ice. Good value for the money

Great refrigerator! No longer playing "Jenga" moving one thing to get to another as I did with my side by side. I can easily see my items and reach them without a problem! Freezer has two extra pull outs, easy to organize and reach foods! Ice maker is smaller, with smaller cubes but it's plenty for regular everyday use. The second drawer is amazing! It keeps snacks and drinks at the perfect temperature and easily within reach.

I am renting a house and needed a fridge. This one was extremely beautiful in store and when it showed up it looked just as good in my new space. Bestbuy did the install. The people were on time and fast. Really no complaints. If I had to gripe about something it would be the amount of space but that’s because I was coming from a full size fridge and this is counter depth.

This is by far the best refrigerator I’ve ever had. At counter depth everything fits perfectly and I love that the middle drawers has options for soft freeze beverages ect! Makes me so organized! The freezer also has a bunch of storage. Classy and functional are the best ways to describe the fridge!

I exchanged the GE Profile 4 door version (no counter depth) for this one because I needed counter depth and wanted a similar design. The freezer has great storage. I hate that the drawers in the fridge are not a soft close. You would expect they would be for the price of this appliance. The shelves on the left door are very small because of the ice machine. The top shelf is too high so you're limited on what you can actually store in there. Getting the plastic packaging off of this appliance was VERY annoying and there are still many pieces of plastic that are difficult to remove and are stuck between the parts of the fridge that are not reachable. There's a defect on the top of one of the doors (see photos). There's grease and a sticky substance all over the inside of the doors and dried up glue from what I assume is the packaging. Overall, the quality is not as expected, especially considering this is supposed to be the higher end line for GE. The GE Profile version of this fridge in non-counter depth is far better quality and half the price.

This is the best fridge I've ever owned. It looks beautiful aesthetically and for how slim it is, there's plenty of room within the fridge itself. This is because there are so many compartments and the design is well thought of.

My wife and I loved the look of the fridge and purchased it to match with brass and stainless. We paid extra for the techs to install the brass handles with delivery. From the start the plastic faceplate you pusb to switch ice and water was already coming undone. The handles dont line up percect either we were thinming the techs messed up. We called for a tech to come out cause the digital buttons were freezing so you couldn’t get ice or water. The tech showed up and said the door handles were to spec and that unfortunately the doornhandles will never kine up perfect. Then he said the face plate has been having issues and fixed it. He did some kind of update to the frodge and the screen stopped freezing. After using the fridge for two weeks we hate it. So with everytbing to specs heres all the stuff we hate aboht it. Ice makes a huge mess no matter how you hold the cup. If you dont dry the water fast it creates stains. It takes a very long time to fill up a cup of ice. After you stop getting water let your cup sit for a bit so the drips can stop. The plastic front piece came undone again. The suction from the doors will cause the fridge to move when you open it. We spent about 5k on this and the quakity is less then the fridges we bought in the past for $500. This is a shame cause the fridge is very good looking

Love this refrigerator. I just want to keep opening it to see how pretty it is. Great use of shelves and door bins. Great space in the freezer drawers for different shape and size frozen food.

A beautiful refrigerator, especially the interior. The ice maker and external ice & water dispenser work perfectly. The auto fill feature is a nice touch.

Dents very easily. Not as much space on the inside of the shelving in the fridge as I would have liked.

I really like this fridge. The overall design is good. The middle drawer and having three freezer drawers are game changers. Where I have a problem with usage is in two areas. First, the autofill is inaccurate. After a month of having overflows, Bestbuy is sending a replacement this weekend. 90% of the time it works great. Its the cleaning up the water the other 10% of the time that sucks. I know, just stand there and watch it, but you tell that to teenagers. Actually, there are two other things. There is not flexibility to add another set of drawers. While the given drawers are useful, if you are a weekly shopper and eat lots of greens, you are going to run out of space. The other issue I find are the middle shelf supports. The prevent you from putting things across a shelf so you end up with tilted items sometimes. Other than those things, I love it, but I can't give it a five.

We have had this fridge for about 2 weeks. Installation through Best Buy was good, the unit came without any major scuffs or damage. Storage space in good for a counter depth. I like the adjustable shelves. The backlight and dark interior give the fridge a nice overall look and illuminates items on the shelves well. The storage containers on the doors feel more spacious than our previous counter depth LG unit. I'm not currently using this for water or ice, no comment there. Integration through the GE mobile app is optional. Through the app you can control temperature, lighting, enable an energy efficiency mode that disables the defrost cycles during certain times of the day/year. It also offers water filter replacement reminders, as well as notifications if the fridge is getting too warm internally. My only complaint(s) with this unit is the materials in some areas look and feel cheap. There is a lot of plastic inside the unit that scuffs or scratches easily. The stainless steel on the door has a bit of flex in it, showing how thin it is. Pushing on the handles makes the door flex ever so slightly. There are slight indentions/bends where the door handles attach to the unit further showing how thin the metal is. This is not from the handles, but instead from the bolts in the door that the handles attach to during assembly. The freezer door rails don't seem to be very stiff & secure. If you pull the freezer door out anything other than dead center, the drawer will become slightly crooked and off center. My previous fridge (LG) did not have any of these issues and cost a good deal less. Overall, I'm happy with it, but for the price I'd expect better than average build quality and materials on 100% of the fridge. With that said, it still feels like a well-built fridge overall.

We are so pleased with our Cafe fridge. We Love the Fancy ice cubes. The Fridge is so roomy and we love the drawers that changes temperature. It was a great addition to our holiday cooking. No egg container, no dividers for door bins, a shelf that you could raise up or down with a turn of a handle or tilting door bin.So far the pluses are looks on the outside love the looks on the inside with the back lighting.

Very Impressed with this unit. Features are lovely, quality is excellent. Opending the doors is a beautiful zen experience and I find I'm keeping items more organized because I love the interior so much. I appreciate being able to control brightness of interior wall light and water dispense lighting based on movement. The 3rd drawer is by far the most flexible and nicest of all models out there. The interior refinements make the Cafe just that much more special than the 'profile' model. I'm sure they are the same bones, but Cafe is much more upscale and matches professional rounded bar handles. The three drawers in the freezer is great for teenage boys to have their 'food drawer'. If you have boys you know the importance of having high protien food available at all times. Only complaint is that I wish they made this with an internal ice maker. In door ice makers just dont offer more convience than the mess they makes, IMO. I replaced a huge KitchenAid Builtin so it's hard to compare, but instead of spending $12,000 this wasn't so painful at just under $4,000 on sale. DO BECOME A TOTAL TECH MEMBER! Free install and haul away, plus 2 years free warranty is a steal! We buy all appliances at BB now.

This refrigerator is very roomy! First time having french doors and a middle drawer. Lots of lighting too. The only thing I don't like is the ice maker dispenser. It is very slow and takes forever to dispense enough ice for a 24 oz cup.
