The slider tray at the top for silverware is such a convenient added feature. This model is pretty quiet as well. I would definitely recommend this dishwasher.

Would leave a film over all of the dishes and not clean them properly. GROSS

I replaced the first one because the door was not latching properly and I could not get it to stop beeping. Best Buy was awesome and installed a new one at no charge. It is working perfectly and no more dreaded beeping.

Be sure to to take advantage of the Wash Zone feature that allows you to wash a true half load in the upper or lower rack whenever you need to, instead of waiting on a full load. Doesn't clean, very little space for your items, and is not fingerprint resistant at all. But the biggest thing is, you can't fit anything and everything is coming out just as dirty as before. On the upside, it is quiet. This product is going back, hate it.

Posted .We can understand how upsetting it can be when a new appliance doesn't meet your expectations. This is a beautiful dishwasher that has an adjustable top rack to fit larger items in if needed. We would like to help! Usually when a dishwasher isn't cleaning well, it is due to the water temperature coming into the dishwasher isn't hot enough. Please confirm your water heater is set to 140 degrees. If you have small children, you can keep it set to 120 degrees, but we recommend turning your hot water on first before turning your dishwasher on, this will allow the dishwasher to immediately fill with hot water. If the above suggestions don't help and you decide to return your dishwasher, we hope that you will give us another chance to earn back your business in the future.

The dishwasher is always beeping, locking and unlocking, and will not just simply turn off. Trying to unlock the panel is even worse. Your supposed to push the button for 3 seconds and thats it. Iv spent over 10 minutes at a time trying to unlock it. Then for some reason it always locks itself again. While washing dishes, or empty and not running, its always beeping and making noise. Im about ready to put my old dishwasher back in.

Posted .Hey there - Our apologies that you’ve been having issues with the beeping on your model, and we can certainly understand why you’d like some clarification on that. Dishwashers come equipped with electronic controls which may have blinking lights or beeping sounds to indicate that the dishwasher may need attention. Since the lights and sounds mean different things on different models, it is best to refer to your Owner's Manual for an explanation of the various blinking lights and beeping sounds. The Owner’s Manual is located in the Features section of the Best Buy product page. -- Abnormal blinking lights or beeping sounds may indicate a problem with the dishwasher caused by power surges. Try pressing the "Start/Reset" pad to reset the dishwasher and wait 2 minutes. If the problem persists, reset (reboot) the dishwasher by turning off the power to the unit at the house circuit breaker/fuse box for 30 seconds. Restore power and the dishwasher should function normally. -- If the above suggestions do not resolve the issue and the dishwasher is still beeping and flashing lights, service may be needed. You can schedule service online by visiting the GE Appliances website or by calling 1-800-432-2737. We hope this is informative and please reach out anytime with additional questions or concerns.
