Thanks for providing feedback. For a better experience, we recommend leaving the door closed after the Clean light appears to allow the fan to run an additional 90 minutes. Hello- Thank you for taking the time to share your review. This is a beautiful dishwasher and we are sorry to hear it isn't drying well for you. If you don't feel heat at the end of the cycle, the issue would be the heating element. If there is heat coming from the element, the issue could be that your water isn't coming in hot enough. Turn your hot water on first and be sure to use a rinse agent. Hi there, thanks for taking the time to write about your dishwasher. Sorry to hear that you're not totally pleased with it. It's important to remember that actual sound levels can be a little different once installed in the home. You might find the appliance quieter or louder than the decibel rating suggests. The loudness of a dishwasher depends on the installation location, the cabinetry where it is located, the flooring, the countertop above it, and even whether the dishwasher is full of dishes or partially empty.
