It is completely understandable how frustrating it would be to deal with these stains, and we sincerely apologize for the hassle. If you have hard water, the staining is due to excess buildup of those minerals. To remedy that, we recommend a citric acid treatment, which is sold under parts number WX10X10209. We like the top silverware tray and that the top rack can drop down for taller glasses and wine stems. Pretty quiet and has a sleek look with controls on top. Installs easily too.

I am trying to figure out if the bottom rack and middle rack can be spaced differently.... I have large plates and they do not fit well without the sprayer hitting.... that would be my only concern
