Latch on the door doesn't hold to the dishwasher won't start or starts, and then opens so errors out. Pieces inside break/bend easily. Dishes are always soaked after cycle runs, too. I could not be more disappointed in a dishwasher.

The fridge and stove came with scratches and dents. The microwave arrived with a kicked in front. We had to have 3 attempts to get one that wasn't damaged. Very sad because they look so nice. Fingerprint prone.

The door continually pops open during the cycle. Dishes are not clean when cycle actually does get completed. Have had geek squad out multiple times for repair and still doesn’t work correctly. Door closing mechanism does not work-design issue

We were finally able to get a repair person and he said the door closing mechanism is defective and even when closed, the dishwasher still thinks it is open so it will not run. He fixed it once but it broke again 1 month later. He advised that it will keep breaking as it is a common design problem that occurs frequently. GE will not replace the dishwasher so we have had to buy another new dishwasher just 10 months after this one was installed. We went with a different brand that has numerous positive reviews for reliability - something that GE lacks.

Cancelling by pushing the start and holding for 3 seconds does nothing. The dishwasher beeps and beeps waiting for some alternative response. Additionally, it is not quick to respond to the command settings when selecting a different wash cycle. It sure is pretty but I would take my Miele over this any day. ☹️

Poor design of racks

Specially kids lunchboxes. I would consider that as a design flaw. Also the dishes don't dry properly.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're so sorry to hear that some of your items aren't able to fit. This information will be passed along to our design team for consideration. If your dishes are not drying properly, please check for the following conditions:
Water entering the dishwasher should be between 120 and 140 degrees Fahrenheit for best wash and dry performance. Run the faucet closest to the dishwasher prior to starting the dishwasher to purge cold water from the hot water line.
Unload the lower rack first. Water from the upper rack can spill on the lower rack if you unload it first, making the lower rack dishes wet.
Make sure that dishes are not touching. Fancy cookware can also keep dishes from drying properly. For example, dimples, indents or etching allows water to pool resulting in dishes remaining wet at the end of the cycle. These may require the shaking off any pooled water. Do not overload dishes in the dishwasher.
Check the rinse aid dispenser and fill it if it is empty. Rinse aids prevent spots on glasses and promote drying by causing water to sheet off dishware and glassware. Rinse aids such as Jet-Dry® can be purchased in your local grocery store. We hope this helps. Mike@Cafe
