It takes a long time to wash the dishes. Even express takes 2 hours. The setting is very difficult to navigate. There is no reset button. So when the machine gets confused, it just does not work. I had to shut the power off and on again to make it work. The racking is difficult to place my plates and bowls. After a couple of months the glass on the door just shattered. The new replacement door does not have spring, so when I open the door, it just fall hard to the ground.

I paid for geek squad and they wont fix it or come out. Says first year manufacturer needs to do!! Horrible dishwasher and horrible service I have a brand new broken dishwasher as we speak no resolution best buy is terrible

I returned the item and I ordered a Jen Air dishwasher.

Worse dishwasher ever

The wheels keep falling off, we've had it repaired 2-3 times already, and it glitches constantly. What a waste of money and energy!
