Looks great however after only a few weeks use I used some stainless steel cleaner on it and it did not buff out like it did on my new cafe fridge and now there is strange discoloration that I can't seem to buff out. Also the front stainless steel panel seems to be not completely attached and bumped out and now there is a crease in the stainless steel in the bottom right corner. We ordered this beginning of April but did not start using it until a few weeks ago because our remodel was not done when we got it. Very disappointed in this looking this way after only a few weeks. The only good news is the actual dishwashing aspect works well.

Whoever wrote the review better than a Bosch didn’t really own a Bosch! This looks like a Bosch on the inside but doesn’t have the power of a Bosch. I bought a café refrigerator and my husband wanted to match it I was hesitant at first because, I owned a Bosch & it was the best dishwasher I’ve ever owned.( we sold our house with my Bosch) Also it was $500 more than a Bosch. I Told my husband. I can get a Bosch with the same handle but he had to have this one. Why did I listen he wasn’t the one using it. I could Put a dirty dish in this and, It would come out stuck to the dishes. In a Bosch you can put a dirty dish in it and, It would come out super clean. what’s the point of washing your dishes; cause that’s the job of the dishwasher! Waste of money. I hate this machine and it leaves soap in the Dispenser often. I also came with a bent kickplate. I called the company and they said they don’t work with Best Buy. What?! They sell your products. They only work with Home depo and other companies. So, I Call Best Buy and it was hard to get through. ( this stayed in the box for a few months since we just moved into our new home) I’ve never had a problem with Best Buy before for some reason they don’t answer their phones. We usually leave positive reviews. I don’t complain too much. But you need to know not to waste your money. I don’t buy things unless We read reviews. I definitely do not recommend this product too expensive and not worth the money!

Was delivered with scratches and the detergent door is broken…. Subpar quality for an almost $2,000 dishwasher. On top of that, can’t get through to Best Buy to get a replacement…..

This appliance was used and dirty and the filter was full of gunk. The back of the dishwasher had rust all over the cloth .

Beautiful and very quiet. My dishes and silverware are very clean. It's spacious and easy to load. We had a 21- year-old GE dishwasher and it cleaned our dishes so well. It was just starting to rust. So, I hope this lasts as long as our old one. We indulged and ordered the brushed copper handle, and it is even more beautiful. I am not used to having the controls within the doors, so I keep accidentally pushing buttons. But, it does make the door look so nice.

This dishwasher is fantastic! We are a large family and run our dishwasher every day, sometimes twice. You can't hear it unless you're in the kitchen, and even still it's super quiet. It's also very efficient, and I'm loving the 3rd rack!

Amazing never thought I would beat my Bosch in another home. Quieter with a garbage disposal inside which I prefer not to prewash my dishes. washes all my tall Beveridge cups with the spine spray. zero negative issues.

Honestly speaking, my favorite aspect about this dishwasher is how fancy it looks - oh, and the handy top tray where you can place large spoons and knives and such. We bought it to match the other Cafe Series appliances we purchased. But, we're also super impressed over how smoothly, efficiently, quietly and excellently it performs. Our dishes come out even cleaner than they did with our previous Bosch dishwasher - which happened to be highly rated. Definitely recommend this dishwasher!

Love this dishwasher. Lots of space and I love the top rack for longer flat items or lids. Also love how quiet it washes.

This is our second unit. The LED on the first one died within a year, and now the second one is having issues with the heating element - again within a year. They're beautifully made, but not made to last. For the price, that's unconscionable.

Is this the Ultimate dishwasher? I don't know but it's very good. It is very quiet! My dishes seem to be wet at end of cycle though I thought there was a dry feature. Maybe it's me? The white color is so nice to lighten my kitchen. The top most rack can't fit much more than an inch it seems. BB installation was very good. Thanks guys!
